    Definitley RG.

I own and like Kouros, but I've got more backup bottles of RG than any other frag in my collection.
It's the classic spicy smell which borders on creaminess that wins me over.

Kouros has my respect, but I'd still pick Rive Gauche in a heartbeat.

I say they are both greats ! I prefer Rive Gauche pour Homme because it is not too heavy like Kouros. I am still gonna give Kouros a chance this summer. Perhaps in a crowed mall when I need to clear a path to walk

Hmm... let's see.... a nice, spicy barbershop type scent vs. a urinal scent. Damn tough choice.

Vintage Kouros - a classic masterpiece. Epic.

Rive Gauche Pour Homme (Tin Can) - Wonderful classic fougere with a modern twist.

To me, both are absolutely fantastic!

    Cheers,

I couldn't have said it better myself; including the back-up bottles of RGPH!
My current top 10 (subject to change) in no particular order:

Rive Gauche Pour Homme, Serge Lutens Cuir Mauresque, Armani Prive' Nuances,
Armani Prive' Bois d'Encens, Ermenegildo Zegna Indonesian Oud, Essenza de Zegna, Amouage Beloved Man, Fahrenheit Le Parfum, Dior La Collection Couturier Vetiver, and Rasikh Syed Junaid Alam.
