Givenchy Play Intense
im looking for a scent that is basically just tasty, not too sweet, but has nice chocolate, vanilla, caramel, things along that line.
Im looking for something that isnt very mature either, something that is good for nights out and casual wear if possible.
+ Nothing that will put a huge hole in the bank

A*Men by Thierry Mugler
Try Molinard Patchouli Intense. As the name implies, you have to like patch, but the blend with vanilla & orange notes makes it smell a bit like a chocolate orange. Delicious yet not too sweet.
Absolu de Vanille by La Maison de la Vanille

Another suggestion: Eau des Baux by L'Occitane.
Some day's you're the statue and some days you're the pigeon.
Bond no. 9 New Haarlem, or Montale Chocolate Greedy...both kinda expensive. Paco Rabanne 1 Million is sweetish. Most really good gourmands are going to be expensive.
Dawn Spencer Hurwitz Cordial is wonderful.
Serge Lutens Un Bois Vanille. Tasty and cozy without being overly sweet.

I think you're probably going to find what you're looking for by testing the Thierry Mugler line-up - so many of their scents would fit what you're describing.
Apart from the good suggestions already made, Parfumerie Générale Cozè and L'Artisan Parfumeur Piment Brûlant should be mentioned as other good chocolate orientals. While the former features patchouli and coffee as a counterweight to the pronounced chocolate-vanilla sweetness, the latter uses spices and chili pepper to balance off the composition. Both are easily unisex.

Good suggestions so far. I'll throw out DHI and LIDGE for there drydowns
There are many imitations but there is only 1 A*Men
Pure malt and Play Intense
Chocolate, caramel, vanilla....
I can't think of anything better than A*Men the dry down is a chocolate, caramel, vanilla heaven.
Might sound crazy but I suggest TF Noir de Noir. It definitely has a chocolate vibe on my skin.
