Hanae Mori HM. My lovely wife has just bought me this (and Black Soul Imperial, and Blu Mediterraneo Bergamotto!) for my Birthday.

    HM is the standout.

Starts with the Sweet Lemon top of Habit Rouge, then becomes a perfected Baby Blue Jeans, and ends up as the Tonka/Cedar combo for La Nuit L'Homme. Hog heaven!

Add another one on the list of fans of this lovely frag. Got a sample from Surrendertochance.com Now I will be getting in on a split of this one.

Dior Homme Cologne, vintage. A brilliant marriage of vintage DH with a seamless and beautiful cologne treatment. Perfect for spring.

I just got around to smelling Spicebomb...this is an explosive olfactory overload of sweetness, but I still kind of like it.

I've been sampling a lot lately. The only two that really WOWed me were Creed's Spice & Wood (strong cedar with fruity undertones) and Armani's Figuier Eden (never thought I'd fall for a designer's EDT, but this has great lasting power and is a nice, refined fig).

For me it was a blind buy (truth alert - I smelled this once on paper last summer) of Amouage Epic Man. I simply can't figure this one out. So well blended. Supposedly an incense fragrance and it seems a lot of people think it is too heavy for summer. I on the other hand think it would be good in warmer weather. Top notes seem citrusy to my nose even though I don't believe there is any in there. Simply delicious. A new favorite.

Ungaro II. Found it in an out-of-the-way shop. Oh my, it is so fine. If you stumble upon a bottle in some obscure shop, be sure to pounce on it. You will be very, very pleased.

Pleasantly surprised with MDCI Invasion Barbare sample I received recently. I love the vibrant spiciness and the longevity is acceptable. I'm on go for a bottle of this one. Martin
