    Default Vintage Giorgio beverly hills

How do I spot a vintage bottle? Will it have a clear sticker on bottom of bottle or silver sticker?

Well, one of the key signs is it should say sold by Giorgio Beverly Hills on the bottom sticker (any that are sold/distributed by EA Fragrances are not the vintage juice). The *really* old vintage juice from when the scent was first released by GBH looks much more mossy brown as well.

Label on bottom of bottle is silver and mentions beverly hills and london no ea lettering(elizabeth arden). eau de toilette version made in usa. The london referance on bottom label worries me.

I wonder if any vintage bottles of Giorgio beverly hills came with a silver sticker on the bottom like the post of giorgio vip(dark green bottle).

The vintage atomizer can unscrew, no?

Vintage boxes may not have the "e" symbol on them (on the front) but all new ones will, I think, and as has been said there is an obvious color difference in terms of the liquid (though lighting sources can change this to some degree). Ask the seller if it says EA on the label on the bottom of the bottle, if you can (for example if it is an auction that doesn't end soon).

I went to a restaurant today and this amazing retro fragrance filled the air , this thing has ridiculous sillage my god. In any case it turns out it was Giorgio Beverly Hills someone was wearing, its a very enchanting and powerful fragrance. I will try to procure the vintage version.

Can I ask why you are seeking out vintage? I know the current version is a BEAST in terms of longevity and projection.

This is a good thread to read if you are worried about the need to hunt down a bottle of the vintage juice:

They are simply different scents, IMO. That's like telling someone who is seeking LIDGE that he shouldn't because he already has Cuba Orange.

Yea I recently accquired a bottle of vintage and it is completely different than the current formulation. It's a spicy, sweet, mossy masculine beast. I honestly don't even see how they could call the new version by the same name.

You're the only person I know of that says as much. I have both and they smell the same to my nose & everyone my nose knows. Of course, there are two reforms. You want the one that does NOT list Tree Moss on the back.

I'm not sure which version of the reformulation I tried but I know it was by EA fragrances and the juice was very light green. The vintage I have is distributed by Giorgio Beverly Hills and it's a much darker brown color juice.

That is the current (newer) inferior version with the tree moss listed. There is an older EA release version that smells just like the vintage.
