Some are collectible, some not. Check completed listings on eBay.

I only keep them if they are particularly interesting or there's a likelihood that they will at some point be considered 'different' enough to be collectible.

Put them in clothes drawers until they don't smell any more then chuck. Unless they are really beautiful then I see no point in keeping them. What do people do with ordinary empty perfume bottles?

Nice how you saved the wax seal for the Sous Le Vent. I give mine away to relatives who use them to decorate their bathroom vanities.

As soon as it's completely empty, it gets thrown away, unless someone else collecting empty bottles wants to have the respective bottle, but still kept when the fragrance content is around 1% or even less.

I see lots of empty bottles on ebay. I doubt there are many collectors for empty 'One Million' bottles etc. I always assumed people were buying these so they can sell fakes.

Like outline, I kept a big Costes bottle. I'm not sure what to do with it though. I use one of the big blue Villoresi bottles to spray water on my clothes when I iron.

I've just been to clear out my rather messy OH's bedside cabinet and found 11 empty eau de toilette bottles. Now I have to ask him whether he's just too lazy to throw them out or whether he wants my empties too.

Never thought of this. I thought people bought empty bottles to put their decants in?

I've always thrown away the empties and I'll probably keep doing that. But in the past, I've given away the bottles with perfume still left that I tired of. I have definitely quit doing that!

Sometimes there are fragrances frequently sold on "that auction site" as testers without the caps. So a cap from an empty bottle could come in handy. It would be great to have a "cap request" thread somewhere. If someone is going to toss away a bottle, why not send the cap to someone who needs it as long as they cover shipping?

I have tended to hold empty bottles till they have been replaced and then pass them on to friends as markers for what they should try/buy.
Have bought a couple of empties from the "website" as reminders of stuff I should buy an try (but only for a few pennies)

If they have screw-on atomizers or glass dabbers I clean them and fill them with my own creations. If they have a crimp top I just cry over them moaning "Why Why?"

Keep them, with their boxes, and then sell them on ebay, or esty or ruby lane if they are vintage.

    Some are highly collectable.

If by "you guys" you mean masculines, I throw them away once empty. For women's perfume, there is certainly a secondary market as the bottles are very fine crystal. That said, I think that my wife throws hers away once empty, too.

I see some people who sell bottles that are nearly empty. Maybe 10% of liquid left. People will buy these instead of samples, as you'll get a little more value for your $$, plus you get a cap that you can use on a full tester bottle. For the seller, they get a pretty good return on $$ and then don't have an empty bottle that contributes to the trash. This is all providing of course that one doesn't do this often. Who needs the hassle of frequently mailing nearly empty bottles.
Some favorites: Perris Monte Carlo Oud Imperial, Amouage Epic Man, Versace L'Homme (vintage), YSL M7, YSL Kouros (vintage), Gucci Envy, Gucci Nobile, Gucci Pour Homme (2003), Hermes Bel Ami (vintage), Hermes Equipage, Chanel Antaeus (vintage), Chanel Pour Monsieur (vintage), Chanel Egoiste Cologne Concentree, Estee Lauder Metropolis, Jean-Marc Sinan VO, L'Instant de Guerlain PH Extreme, Guerlain L'Homme Intense, Prada Amber Pour Homme Intense, Etro Palais Jamais, Etro Vetiver, Etro Shaal Nur, Davidoff Zino (1st), AdP Essenza, AdP Intensa Oud, Gianfranco Ferre For Man (vintage), Elsha 1776, Balenciaga Ho Hang Club, Knize Ten, Calvin Klein Obsession (vintage), Jovoy Private Label, Monsieur Carven, Diptyque Hesperides, Byredo Accord Oud

I wouldn't have thought that people did that, but it makes sense and is a good result for both seller and buyer.
