Essnza smelt a little sharper to me. But that's all. Certainly not worth owning both.

I'd choose Essenza, in fact, at least to my nose, this scent smelling quite different from ADG.

Essenza cause it lasts longer and apparently it projects, the original goes away really fast on me

Essenza is better done with the higher quality of components.

I think Essnza smells a little dry and muted compared to Gio, but they are too similar to own both. I prefer Essnza, but don't care to own either.
Is the juice worth the squeeze?

Essenza. I dont know if its just me, but i get a slight menthol/eucalyptus accord from Essenza, which is absent in the original. this is the signature note in Essenza to my nose.

I got a sample of this the other day, and immediately bought a bottle.

it really brought me back to the 90's when i used to see a different lady every night of the week, had blonde "tips" and wore a choker made of rope.

Its honestly exactly what i was hoping it would be. Its got the same basic idea that everyone loves about ADG, except its a thicker, more intense version. Almost slightly more mature.

ADG became so watered down over the years.

ADGE has crazy projection for an EDP, and was on my skin for almost an entire 24 hours!

the original is better than the essenza flanker.

but keep in mind on basenotes, people here are too uppity to support the best-selling fragrance, so they will naturally side with the newer lesser known flanker.

Essenza seems a little smoother but they are very, very similar. If you think they smelled about the same just buy the less expensive one.
