not a projection beast but nice in mild to cool weather. a great comfort scent as well. never sampled venezia
I sometimes forget I own this (I tend to use it just in Spring and autumn) and I'm always impressed with how it projects and lasts.
Also any comments on Venezia and how it compares?
Thanks.

Roma Uomo has qualities that I like and sometimes works for me, but at times can just rub me the wrong way. There is something about the fragrance that bothers me and I don't know what. It comes across as a pretty easy going scent, but for something of this genre, I prefer Minotuaure ( which unfortunately does not radiate enought).
Roma Uomo is still a pretty well made scent IMO. Just hard to wear for me.
Seeking: Bottles/decants : of Pomegranate Noir, Midnight in Paris EDP, Feeling Man, Essence of John Galliano, Azzaro pour Homme (vintage),...etc.
Seeking decant/sample of PdE Ambre Russe, Jil Sander Feeling Man, Comme des Garcons 2 Man, Giorgio VIP, ....etc. I have samples to swap.

If we're talking about the men's version, remember trying this a while back and not finding it at all pleasant.
I like Roma Uomo but sometimes the vanilla seems a bit overbalanced. I have not tried Venezia, but Venezia Uomo is not like it at all. I wanted to like it but it seemed sharp and somewhat murky to me. Biagiotti Uomo and Tempore Uomo by this house are worth checking out.
I've considered wearing it, ever since it was first released and I might consider purchasing it again in near future.
The best of the Biagiotti line is by far the Vintage Venezia Uomo, absolutely fantastic fragrance, a gem pratically nowhere to be found nowadays, at least in Europe.

i appreciate a lot also Vintage (just, or better, far more the vintage) Venezia Donna, a great great one, a juice using to race with Samsara Guerlain 10-15 years ago as one of the most appreciated by girls and women in Europe.
I really like Roma Uomo, but when I was out on the hunt it never worked for me.
I have Venezia Uomo, it's okay. I've always been fond of the fresh, sharp Biagiotti Uomo, but not as fond of Tempore Uomo.

Renato
There were times I've considered it. Really pleasant, mild vanilla, actually benzoin fragrance with touch of citrus and wood. Not excluded in my book.
I finally got a bottle of this today from fragrancenet and find it really nice. If you like sweet orange fragrances with a benzoin and sandalwood dry down I highly recommend this one. Sillage is great for the first 2-3 hours and then stays close , longevity is 8 hours on my skin.
I recently purchased a bottle as a blind buy and found it to smell rather uninteresting and uninspired. Nothing particularly noteworthy about it.
^ The drydown is nice, but yeah it gets meh at times
Isn't Minotaure better than Roma?
Isn't "better" subjective?
I like Roma Uomo if i smell a whiff off it. But it's not my style so I won't use it myself.
Compared to Minotaure, I prefer Roma Uomo.
