"I love fragrances because they provide a sheer endless variety: there is a scent for every occasion, mood or feeling. Standing before my collection in the morning matching a perfume to my needs is one of the most enjoyable things in my day". I don't want to miss that

Smelling good on a budget!
Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."

The most glorious Jardin d' Amalfi!
I am enjoying the daylights out of HUGO???!!!! Yes, Hugo by Hugo Boss. I bought a new bottle yesterday (got a nice raise) and it's really hitting the spot. I often regret impulse buys, but this is beating some recent acquisitions by MILES. This is a strange hobby, to be sure.

Roberto Capucci - Capucci Pour Homme
“Some perfumes are as fragrant as an infant’s flesh, sweet as an oboe’s cry, and greener than the spring; While others are triumphant, decadent or rich; Having the expansion of infinite things, like ambergris and musk, benzoin and frankincense, which sing the transports of the mind and every sense.”
― Charles Baudelaire, The Flowers of Evil & Paris Spleen
It's a Creed day. This morning and afternoon it was Aventus, and now it is my first time with my new decant (30mL) of Jardin d'Amalfi.
Fragrance blog returning in May 2014!: http://moteperfumery.blogspot.com/
SotD: Yohji Yamomoto Homme. It's always reminded me of sweet licorice, like a combination of purple and black jellybeans. Perfect for Easter weekend. My wife bought it for me when it was first released, several years ago. A great, lucky buy. Thanks hon!
SotA: Creed Green Irish Tweed. Haven't worn it in a while. No kidding, ladies in the grocery store seemed especially flirty today. I should wear this more often.
SotD: Amouage Reflection Man. More Easter candy effect.
