Thread: Issey Miyake Line V Kenzo Line
Which of these two Japanese houses do you think is the one most worthy of dipping into? I own a few Kenzo fragrances currently and have owned a few Issey Miyake in the past. Just curious to see which house people find more interesting. Perhaps a few match-ups to get you thinking (I've left out older scents that are no longer available)
L'Eau D'Issey PH Vs L'Eau Par Kenzo PH
L'Eau D'Issey Wood Edition Vs Kenzo Homme Boisee
L'Eau D'Issey Sport Vs Kenzo Homme Sport
L'Eau D'Issey Intense Vs Kenzo Pour Homme
I really have no idea what to pitch KPH against as it's pretty unique stuff, but for the sake of a daft Vs thread aI'll go with Issey Intense.
Look, I know that these houses are not held in the esteem of either the niche or best designer companies, and as a huge fan of Dior and Guerlain certainly neither Kenzo nor Issey can compete with them, but I have enjoyed fragrances from both.
To me Issey Miyake is by far the winner!
And their scents are much more complemented by people than Kenzo fragrances.
Infact everytime I decided to buy a Kenzo I either found something else more appealing or I regretted buying the Kenzo finally!!!
But at least L'Eau d'Issey PH is a top notch non-competable relatively unique scent if you like it!
Only know 2 out of these. When it comes to the whole lines, Kenzo.
