I forge what you talked about in the past. Perhaps something by ELdO? Eg something a little evil like Rien, or superclassic smooth like Je suis un homme.

A gd leather is what I feel u r missing - Knize 10 will be my choice...Also, don't see a gd vetiver, so if u like vetiver based, try out Vetiver Extraordinaire by Malle or Guerlain's Vetiver.

Also, try out frags from these houses, all of them have more than 1 very gd frag (added my fav's as well):
Serge Lutens (MKK / Chergui / Fumerie Turque / Fille en Augilles / Ambre Sultan / Borneo 1834)
Maitre Parfumerie et Gantier (Parfum d'Habit / Santal Noble / Ambre Preciaux)
Andy Tauer (I see u own LDDM - but try out Incense Rose / Incense Extreme / Lonestar Memories)
Frederic Malle (French Lover / POAL / Musc Ravageur)
Amouage (Epic / Interlude / Memoir)

also, try out New York EDT by Parfum de Nicolai & Invasion Barbare by MDCI - both are excellent frags...

Yeah, I def wanna try the Nasomatto line. The only thing that is keeping me back is the price. Black Afghano seems like something I would not like but I hear that there are more wearable and subtle ones in the line.

Fair enough. If SMW is your #1, how about Hamptons by Bond no 9 (a SMW ripoff)?

Amouage has a great line especially if you like opulent perfume, Jub XXV and Epic.
Tom Ford, my favorites are TF and Noir de Noir.

I tried Hamptons. It was good, but too pricy for what you get, and I think SMW is much better.

Actually, Amouage is a good idea.

looking at your top 10, you seem to go for scents which would be 'crowd pleasers' rather than challenging conceptual stuff.

Perhaps worth trying Histoires de Parfums if you haven't already.

I've recently found the Heeley line to be worth smelling, especially Sel Marin and Menthe Fraiche.

Even if Black Afgano isn't your bag, Absinth, Pardon, Duro & Silver Musk are all pretty damn good frags IMHO. Maybe that'll give you a jumping off point.

I'll look into HDP. Yeah, I like the challenging stuff but I barely wear them. For crowd pleasers, my likes get bashed pretty badly on BN but I'm cool with it.
