About a month I think.
The base rule followed on MUA and swaptawk is 2 months' waiting time in the case of an international swap.
perfume package to arrive from any transaction you did with perfumes:either swap, purchase, or somehting else
wanted to know your experiences...and where would you say that things did not work out after how long time?
thank you very much for replies

3 months.
I did a Paypal claim after 6 weeks. Got a refund, then the package arrived after 3 months. I then emailed the seller, and paid for it again.
I had to do the claim at 6 weeks, as it was getting close to the 45 day cut off for claims.
since you live in Australia i suppose those 3 months are still possible,
i did not do any claim after 45 days cause i thought the seller would be upset.......i payed 10. february....seller asking me to wait 1 more month....i never waited more then 1 month....and feel like 2 months is maximum normal time to wait
Waiting for my Amouage Reflection replacement to get shipped, first time they did from the UK store, customs in UK had issues with the package, so they are re-shipping, probably sent y'day, so its abt 3-4 weeks and counting already...
All other transactions, even the ones shipped from Malle etc from France have been delivered within a 3 wk period.
3 months from an online retailer (not going to put names), they were kind enough to refund me after about 2 months. When all hope was lost, one day after 3 months it magically appeared at my door.
Ordered from an online retailer and it took almost a month to receive the item.
About 3 weeks to receive a 5ml decant of Serge Lutens La Myrrhe from the Czech Republic. I received it and I absolutely hated it. All that anticipation, checking for packages every day all for naught.
Was a good six weeks for me. Ordered a scent (I think it was Creed Original Vetiver) from FragranceX in the US. It took ages to arrive, got stuck in customs and eventually I got hit with a £35 VAT bill. Which I swiftly paid...![]()
About three weeks.
Never kept exact track, but a few months at most
Three long, eternal months of waiting. I live in Brazil and now I buy mostly from fragrancenet and Ebay.
About a month on a split from the UK.
It was a few days after Hurricane Sandy and USPS International Pubs were closed for weeks I remember I contacted them and they stated "we can neither confirm nor deny the closing of international pubs".....haha yeah right.
All in all I got my split of Aventus and it's absolutely amazing!!!!
Almost a month. I ordered my O'Driu samples on March 23 and they arrived two days ago (picked them up yesterday at the post office). I'm very pleased with the delivery, however.![]()
lol many men dont like it and i dont know whyits feminine yes, but lovely sweet sandalwood note
one month is so little to wait i feel now like waiting for Godot!!.....i asked for a refund but the seller asked for more patience....., so i was asking here if he has right to ask for more patience........
I waited over 3 months( beginning of November till beginning of March) for an order placed on a US online company. I've made transactions before from US and never took more than 2 weeks to arrive.
I've been lucky. I only had to wait maybe 4 weeks for a package from Fragrancenet and maybe the same for a package of samples from the Perfumed Court. My packages from buys and swaps here on BN have been relatively quick.

about 1 month, one package from fragrancenet...
Shipping by sea can take a loooong time.
The longest was one month but the shipment was coming from overseas. I stopped using one website here in the us because it was taking them a week to process the order.
couple of monthes of waiting for Mona di Orio Lux from one shop in europe. and it was absolutely worth it.
