Lapidus Pour Homme. At least 12 hours. Not the best fragrance IMO, just has great longevity.

Interlude Man by Amouage. $275 for a 100ml bottle. Easily lasts 24 hours. And you may hate it. Who knows.

You should try posting in the beginner forum. I'm guessing you'll find more helpful info there. People here are helpful too, but this forum is perhaps a bit more advanced than you're looking for. I'm guessing that because you want the "best" perfume, but there is no such thing, and longevity is only one factor among many. It gets very complex, but that's half the fun. The beginner forum is a great place to start. Cheers!

These 5 are the longest lasting of the ones I have tried on skin to date:

    Portrait of a Lady
by EdP Frederic Malle 24+ hours on skin
Supercilium by O'driu 24+ hours on skin
Bogart pour Homme by Jacques Bogart 15-20 hours on skin
Giorgio for Men by Giorgio Beverly Hills 15 hours on skin
Tzora by Anat Fritz 12-15 hours on skin

That said, Bogart pour Homme and Giorgio for Men are the least expensive and the most readily available by far of the lot, so they may be the best starting point.
    Current Top Favorites:
    1) Portrait of a Lady original formula (EdP Frédéric Malle)
    2) Giorgio for Men vintage/V.I.P. for Men (Giorgio Beverly Hills)
    3) Dia Man vintage edt (Amouage)
    4)
Anat Fritz Original Formula and Classical (Anat Fritz) - tie
    4) Lalfeorosa (O'driù) - tie

    6)
Les Nombres d'Or Vetyver (Mona di Orio)
    7) Captain vintage (Molyneux)
    8) Tzora (Anat Fritz)
    9) Javanese Patchouli (Zegna) - tie
    9) Monsieur de Givenchy vintage (Givenchy) - tie
    9) Coeur de Vetiver Sacré (L'Artisan) - tie
    9) X for Men (Clive Christian) - tie
    9) Patou pour Homme Privé (Jean Patou) - tie
    9) Oud Shamash (The Different Company) - tie

Kilian's Taste of Heaven lasts all day long. Not sure how long - I eventually showered about 14 hours after application and it was still going strong. It would have been still hanging on the next day, I think.

This. I personally don't like Interlude Man, but it lasts FOREVER.

Most things from Slumberhouse, especially Sova (24+). I hear some Nassomato's are the same way. Tobacco Vanille lasts me 15-24 hours generally, and Chypre Palatin also lasts me a good 12-15ish hours.

Costume National Homme is by far the strongest male scent I've ever tried.
Easily lasts 24 hours on my skin. Easily. And that usually never happens.

Fire Island by Bond is another monster. Insane sillage. Ridiculous longevity.

I own and adore Interlude--and I fully agree that it's total monster--but Slumberhouse absolutely (pun intended) kicks its ass across town in this fight. Not only does a scent like Norne stick to you for over a day, it burns itself into your memory as well.

With that said, longevity is somewhat moot as there are some fantastic scents out there that are created to be somewhat ephemeral; and, as we all know, there's a whole Macy's counter of stuff out there that long overstays its welcome.

Joop Homme - it lasted strongly for 12 days on my shirt before I abandoned the experiment and threw it in the washing, where it continued to last after it was ironed. Beats me how long it lasts on skin, as one has to shower eventually before it wears out.

Aramis was even stronger than Joop Homme on my shirt for about five days, but then it conked out.

    Renato
