Incense dominant fragrances strike me as particularly dry. Of these, I am a fan of Tauer Perfumes L'Air du Desert Marocain and Montale Full Incense.

This was already listed by a BN, and I fully agree - the driest is Pascal Morabito's OR BLACK - no others in my wardrobe or all the others that i have sampled over the yrs come close to this...Slumberhouse Baque / Black Afgano / Encre Noir / LDDM / CdG 2man etc are all dry, but Or Black beats them hands down IMHO...

Baque will prob be my # 2 pick on dryness scale.

Good lord yes! If the Tamashek word for "desert" isn't dry enough, then what is? Love this old Paco Rabanne frag with its smell of sand, ash, and roses.

My personal pick for driest frag I've been wearing recently is the Homme Aoud by Micallef. Aoud the way I like it - no dewy counterbalancing, just arid richness.

Not a big fan of dry. In fact, I hate dry.

The driest name I can recommend would be Van Cleef Pour Homme.

But if you want really chalky dry, there's always Voyage d'Hermes and Hermes Gentiane Blanche. Malle Bois d'Orage, I suppose as well?

Surprised to see Gucci Pour Homme described as dry. Isn't it loaded with amber?
