Default Vintage One Man Show bid up to $125 on ebay !

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/ONE-MAN-SHOW...item2a2c017a11

I wonder if the bidders know it's vintage or if they want the 8 ounce bottle for some reason. And even if they want vintage, where did the idea that it's worth so much come from? LOL. For those interested, from what I can gather, the vintage says 85 with the degree symbol but the newer ones have "Vol" next to the 85 (in some cases 87, which I think are the newest ones).

UPDATE: It sold for just under $215 total !

1000% agree Heperd, One Man Show is fine in its current formulation, you should not spend more than 25 dollars on this fragrance. I got mine for 10 dollars.

Even if one really wanted the vintage it would be best to wait for one to go unnoticed on ebay! I have both and while the vintage is clearly superior I doubt there are more than a few people in the world who would notice or care. The major difference for me is the more natural smelling opening with vintage, but that doesn't last long anyway. I'm just wondering if there is some sort of Vintage One Man Show Club, the first rule of it being that nobody talks about it. LOL.

This. Clearly the seller overvalues what they have and thinks their vintage frags are worth good money.

There is no one shill bidding technique, though. In other words, if there is one shill bidder then that means at least one person is willing to pay some very high prices. If there are no real bidders the seller will have to pay the fees and I doubt it will cause anyone to say to themselves, "gee, vintage One Man Show must be worth a ton now." It's possible but I find it highly unlikely.

Obviously. One shill bidder is all you need.

One of the bidders has 37 bid retractions in 6 months. I simply don't pay for an item I've won that has been bid up to my max by the seller shill bidding. So far I've done it 4 times and not one seller has reported it to Ebay.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hahah so true, I had a friend from Kiev, he even told me that, OMS was very ubiquitous in the USSR because it was readily available.
