Try zo1 batch and you will defintely change your mind.
I know because I did.
Right I no? It smells like a low end designer frag
Since I have tested Tierra del Fuego, I thought Aventus was just a waste of money.
Get TdF by La Martina and save 200$$.
TdF smells exactly like Aventus. Tdf is only lighter and softer.
TdF is smokey enough and smells like (pine)apple.
Only VIW is worth the money, because nothing smells like it.
Otherwise: Creed = Rubbish.
Same here.i don't know the hype.i guess some ppl just think it smells better becuse the price tag. Glad I'm not one of them!
I sniffed it first from Holt Renfrew though and I thought I actually really liked it. But after a few more wearings, it turned out to be just an OK fragrance. A synthetic-but-not-too-bad masculine smell, that's all.
I really like the smell, but it gets me no compliments. Out of two different batch decants, the differences are gone in about half an hour.
With the distinct lack of Creed scarves, handbags, or shoes, there doesn't seem to be any way to say that the house isn't niche. Maybe if they start producing celebrity frags, but otherwise availability is a ridiculous defining characteristic in the age of the internet. Especially when anything with the name Tom Ford on it can be called niche instead of designer and Amouage is for sale on amazon.
Surprised by al the hate for Aventus. Have a 2012 batch (from NM) and could not be happier. The only frag in which I consitantly say to myself "wow" when I catch a whiff on myself. Smells manly as he**. Longevity is 8 plus hours on me. Get compliments steadily with this one.
