That should fit the bill.
What is the best Creed in your opinion suitable for a wedding?
My brother is getting married in October, I am not the best man.
I was thinking GIT for that time of year, but my biggest concern is that its not unique enough.
Any other reccomendations would be much appreciated.
That should fit the bill.
Bois du Portugal would be very elegant for an Autumn wedding.
Hard work never killed anyone, but why risk it?
GIT I agree. Royal Oud that time of year would be wonderful!
Windsor would be quite unique and a good choice for a special occasion such as this.
So tell me more about your brother getting married and you not being the best man, how do you feel about that?
Oh im fine with that lol.
The only reason why i emphasised that fact was to explain my position on the day, if that made any difference to the scent i wore, thats all...
Bois du Portugal, obviously.
Spice and wood
Whichever you like the best. Royal oud would be a good choice if you like oud.
GIT is inoffensive and a favorite. Not sure what the weather is like in the UK in October here it's still fairly warm Mid 60s-mid70s.
MI would be a good choice as well, its light and those who you get in close quarters with would be able to smell you.
It's not by Creed, but another excellent option would be Gucci Pour Homme II.

Thank you all for your advice.
I have sampled GIT. Next time i get down to a store im going to sample MI and Royal Oud, im kind of thinking GIT if it turns out to be a colder/damper/darker October, or potentially MI if i like it and it ends up a milder/warmer October (it has been known to happen in Uk these last few years)
Not sure where Royal Oud would fit in, but im looking forwward to trying them out next time i get into central London.
You could pick so many different ones.
I would say any of these... probably in the order I would pick from:
1) Spice & Wood
2) Royal Oud
6) Original Santal
7) Original Vetiver
8) Royal Scottish Lavender
9) Royal English Leather
10) Silver Mountain Water
Has everyone forgotten about Aventus?
Green Irish Tweed is probably the only thing I like from Creed.
Bois Du Portugal.
The guy is going to a wedding, not to a house cleaning party. Don't lough, my cleaning lady once thought I spilled some cleaning detergent on myself when I sprayed a sample of Aventus on my arm. I told her no, it was an expensive fragrance, she just laughed and pointed to a bottle of some cleaner and said it smelled just like that. And guess what - it did. That killed Aventus for me once and for all. Tried it couple more times a year later - sorry, no change - it still smells cheap, generic, and like a synthetic cleaner.
I already own and enjoy Aventus. Its worn alot by me already, thats why I havent even considered it. And id agree, im looking for something that bit less mainstream, and fitting to the October/wedding theme.
The Royale Exclusives are completley out of the question, I have no desire to pay £400 for a cologne just for one day, not even if it was my own ceremony...
4. Royal Oud
5. Tabarome Millesime
6. MI - if still hot weather, blended with Erolfa if chilly
Claus The Danish Viking
GR8 Hitz: Kouros, Egoiste & Fahrenheit
Green Irish Tweed sounds about right
Current favourite: Spiritueuse Double Vanille
I see you have Aventus in your wardrobe, that's perfect!
Form is emptiness, emptiness is form.
I think GIT would be a fine pick.
+1 Royal Oud. Spicy/Woody, perfect for the fall.
Royal Oud or GIT work great for me in the fall.
To me the first choice goes with Aventus, followed by GIT and then SMW.
My current top 10 (with no particular order):
Givenchy Xeryus Rouge
Dior Homme Intense
Costume National Scent Intense
Terre d'Hermes EDT
CK Eternity for Men
YSL Rive Gauche Pour Homme (Old Tin Can)
Thierry Mugler Pure Malt
Costume National Homme
Why does it have to be Creed? Just curious. I can think of quite a few more that would suit a wedding better than a creed frag. But if it must be creed then I would have to say BdP or Royal Oud.
Your choice of course but I suggest Baie de Genievre for then and that. Just me, of course.
Royal oud or Windsor
