Thread: Girlfriend's Favorite
She likes many. Glad she enjoys Chypre Palatin and Versilia Vintage Ambra Mediterranea.
Straight to Heaven (I don't like this one myself)
Wife - Allure Homme... it's literally a magnet, if I put it on out of the shower, she's there in within 60 seconds... unfortunately I have to go to work and earn money so I can't wear this very often or I won't be able to leave the house.
College girls - Pi had a good track record in grad school (seems like a liberal arts type of scent). DC the One could be on my greatest hits collection and oddly enough L'eau d'Issey Pour Homme which I can't stand anymore.

Yesterday I asked my girlfriend (which is 40 years old btw) how would she rate most of my fragrances (Still have to let her smell my Muglers).
Here are results:
Dior Homme Intense
Gucci Pour Homme II
Azzaro Chrome Sport
Acqua Di Gio
Green Irish Tweed (she said its for 40+ man)
Guerlain Homme L Eau
MFK APOM Pour Homme
MFK Lumiere Noire PH
Voyage Hermes Parfum (she said its for 50+ which I dont get at all)
Encre Noire (It is funny becuse she used to compliment me on this 1)
MFK Cologne Pour Le Soir
Terre d'Hermes EDT
Interesting thing is that she said that there is something in Terre d Hermes, Encre Noire and Timbuktu that makes them aggresive (I guess overdose of ISO E Super or/and vetiver)

She likes all of them, but the ones she goes out of her way to smell and get the biggest reaction are Encre Noir, Kouros, Third Man, Yatagan, Xeryus Rouge, Rive Gauche, Kenzo, and L'eau Bleu d'Issey Miake.
among many others!
Gucci Pour Homme II
Wife likes Burberry London and JPG Le Male. These are the ones I got unsolicited compliments from her.

Really anything sweet and fruity, but the ones that ALWAYS get big smiles and compliments from my GF is:
Hearts and Daggers
I Am King
Ambre Narguile is her favorite
Noir de Noir
cerutti 1881 black
she likes ever
My fiance loves all of my perfumes for the most part. Except that she has memory triggers from Neroli Portofino from her childhood, and loves that one extra as a result.
There are also a few she doesn't like. She HATES Le male, and mostly so do i now. I gave away my bottle.
And she doesn't care for Rose 31. She says it smells sweaty. Which is interesting because she like Rose Poivre!
My girlfriends favorite by far is Dior Homme Sport 2008. She says it smells divine and always asks me to where that one when i give her the choice. Other favorites are Platinum Egoiste, Bleu de Chanel, Versace Pour Homme, Curve Crush and Pure Malt.
She really likes alot of others, D&G The One, New Harlem/Michael Jordan Legend, Prada Amber Pour Homme, Perry Ellis 360 Red, Cartier Roadster, LHomme, Allure Homme.
She's apathetic towards GPHII and Reflection Man and strongly dislikes Le Male. She really doesn't like Intense Cafe on me, she thinks it smells too girly, but loves the smell on my shirt days later.
Aoud Cuir d'Arabie
Behemoth cut a slice of pineapple, salted it, peppered it, ate it, and then tossed off a second glass of alcohol so dashingly that everyone applauded.
Gendarme... totally slept for so long on this and finally got my hands on a 4 oz for $33 shipped.
Eternity, TV, Legend.
Among many others my girlfriend really loves on me:
- Baldessarini: Strictly Private
- Gucci Pour Homme l
- Geo F. Trumper: Sandalwood Cologne
- Pure Havane
- Issey Miyake L'Eau D'Issey Pour Homme
- Jubilation XXV
- Dolce&Gabbana Pour Homme (vintage)
- Boucheron edp (vintage)
- Loewe Solo

Everytime I wear A*Men my girlfriend compliments me.
I didn't think it would be one that she liked.
These are comments from my wife (she used to be my girlfriend, so that qualifies, right?)
A*Men (quick note: I have an old bottle that I got on a swap that is pretty dated and has some sediment...I was a little disappointed when I received it, but I've found that the entire life of the fragrance now is nothing but the A*Men drydown...no harsh opening. Pretty cool) Every time I wear it: "Mmmmm...you smell like freshly made waffle cones."
Bleu de Chanel: normal "you smell good" type comments.
Dior Homme Sport 2012: "Babe, you smell GOOOOOD."
Aventus: "Man, that even SMELLS expensive." "If you sold all your other ones and just had that, I'd be happy."
Lush Dirty body spray: probably her favorite one out of all of them.
