    Default YSL L'Homme

I purchased it a few days ago. I love the scent, but I'm having longevity issues with it. Does anyone have similar problems?

What I do is I double-spray: 2 on each side of the neck + 2 on the chest.

This gives me 6+ hours compared to around 4ish when I did this double-spray thing.

I must have some great skin I get usually 5-7hrs out of it. Although an EDP version would be epic!

I get about 6 hours but I need to really apply a lot. I literally apply about 12 sprays and it lasts quite a while with moderate projection. Also, try moisturizing with an unscented lotion after a shower and then spray on your fragrance and it should hold on better! I have very dry skin so when I started moisturizing and my fragrance seems to hold out better.

I get 3-5 hours longevity when I'm outdoors. Spraying on clothes helps to put another hour or so.

I do not, to my chagrin, as I do not enjoy this one at all. When I tried it a while back I believe I got about 8 hours on skin.

It lasts around 12 hours on my skin. Some longevity monsters don't last that long. I don't know what's wrong with this one

lhomme has great performance for me

try spraying it on different parts of your body. i find that the inner elbow increases longevity.

Great work scent. Smells good, non-offensive, not too expensive.

Yes, I wear this one to work all the time, love the scent, but won't last through half the work day.

Very versatile, inoffensive, really nice scent IMO. I have to reapply mid-day due to longevity issue on my skin.

I bought it specifically for work. It was one of the recommendations from one of the threads I posted. I sampled L'Homme, Cool Water, Boss Bottled, and Lacoste Pour Homme.

I haven't encountered such issues. I get about 7-8 hours which is perfect for the workday. As others have suggested try a few more sprays in different parts of the body. The back of the neck and upper part of your forearms might add some additional time to the life of the scent.

great performance for me, lasts throughout school to evening, so 8+ hours. I only do 3 sprays, one to each pulse point on each side of the neck and one to the chest cavity where neck meets chest.

I have dry skin and still get good sillage and longevity from La Nuit.

I get pretty good longevity out of this one too. While it is a newer release, it really reminds me of the classic Kouros.
Seeking: Bottles/decants : of Feeling Man, Gucci pour Homme, Essence of John Galliano, Nicole Miller (vintage), Opium pour Homme, Oxford & Cambridge, Concentré D'Orange Verte...etc.

Seeking decant/sample of Jil Sander Feeling Man, Cacharel Nemo, Bijan for Men EDC, Lanvin for Men, Giorgio VIP, Il Lancetti and other old school frags ....etc. I have samples to swap.

While longevity of this scent is never outstanding or overlong on me, it's never a poor longevity scent on me either.

A very nice scent and I like it, but unfortunately it disappears on my skin in 3-4 hours.
