I would love to wear it regularly, as I think it smells wonderful and even refined.
Other people I know, though, don't smell it quite the same way, so I rarely wear it.

I have a good friend who does and who enjoys it immensely. I also think it's a wonderful scent.

Oof, no. Nice scent but never wore it regularly when I had it. Didn't like the way it dried down to a blunt, static, civet and castoreum mix.

When I sampled this one it was not the animalic aspects that I could not deal with but the furry dryness at the heart of the scent. I found it not to my tastes but it is a decent scent and one you could wear to the office despite it's skanky reputation.

The reputation MKK has is just from the topnotes, and they fade rather quickly. I don't know why people are afraid of MKK....to me it is a harmless white musk that can be worn anywhere.

I would love to wear this every day if I didn't have a large collection to rotate.

I can see people using it as a signature. It's pretty unique.

I do not see why not. Personally, i dont find it beastly as some describe it. Rather i find it mellow, even if slighlty animalic. Miller Harris' L'Air de Rien is more challenging, IMO. MKK is one frag i could wear exclusively if i absolutely had to.

Hmm, my partner wears l'air de Rein as a signature scent which I find very appealing; a sort of musty chemical smell. MKK on the other hand is fruity and rosey on first application then very dull civet takes over - not beastly-just a bit dull.

I don't see why not? I do not have a signature parfum as I tend to rotate all that I own, but MKK is an excellent parfum and whether anyone finds its too animalic or less, I am sure this can be worn everyday, hypothetically, if i owned only MKK, i would have no issues wearing it everyday...

It's fairly transitional, so yes, it could definitely work as the one go-to scent for any number of instances.

I think it is beastly. I wear it only once in a while. It smells just like my little spheres.

I can't see wearing this one as a signature scent. It is potent juice. I think it might offend many other persons around you.

I can appreciate MKK as a conceptual work of art. Something that had never been done before. And a radical perfume.

But it is not a fragrance to be worn casually on a daily basis. It demands caution.

It demands appropriate settings and higher state of consciousness. If you can provide on a daily basis - more power to you.
    Def. not for work environment.

My Bf wears it regularly... It is not at all skanky on him, it is more of a sweet clean musk. Chemistry is everything I guess.

Furry dryness is a good description. I love MKK but sometimes when I wear it it makes me feel like I'm allergic to it. Not always. I guess it's a particular musk because it's happened with one or two other fragrances too.

What I actually meant is that MKK has an "old lady"-vibe to my nose!

It has an old DOG vibe to it. It is totally animalic.

I think the answer is no, no one wears it as a signature scent (but a few people think it is theoretically possible)

Maybe I am anosmic to parts of the scent, but to me it's just a soapy, synthetic and only slightly dirty rose with this mentioned, old-fashioned smell of an old woman.
