Nasomatto Hindu Grass. I can't remember who gifted this to me. But THANK YOU!

Concentre D'Orange Verte for my afternoon run and various goofings-around.
I send thee this sweet perfume a fragrance to the fragrant, as one would offer wine to the god of wine.
Damn, you all do smell especially good today.
Thinking positive thoughts for 30R's mom's legs and ExtremeK's mom's knee, I just applied Caron French CanCan.
This a.m. I walked into a spritz of 24 Faubourg before seeing the hygienist -- both she and the woman dentist at this particular practice are into purses, so we had a fun discussion about that subject. Then I went to the garden center to get annuals for the front porch. Then I went to the liquor store to get an assortment of wine for a morning event we're hosting this Saturday. Then some strangers dropped in because a family member used to go to this schoolhouse where we live -- we relish these people who dare to stop in. What a fun day.
Elizrj, I stole that castle scene from our favorite Jon. Some day soon I may have new photos of our kingdom which will rival Windsor Castle, at least in our hearts.
Virgin lsland Water for this warm evening, before the weather turns wet & windy again tomorrow.
"What is this secret connection between the soul, and sea, clouds and perfumes? The soul itself appears to be sea, cloud and perfume..." - from Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis.
Hey y'all -
Still feeling rosy this afternoon, I'm now in the winsome and vivacious Fleurs de Bulgarie by Creed. ♥
Science is not only compatible with spirituality, it is a profound source of spirituality. When we recognize our place in an immensity of light-years and in the passage of ages, when we grasp the intricacy, beauty, and subtlety of life, then that soaring feeling, that sense of elation and humility combined, is surely spiritual. ..Carl Sagan
Why, thank you, Jon Rodgers! I know Daim Blond is a favorite of yours, too
Thanks for the positive thoughts, Quarry. Mom is doing very well today, according to the nurses, and she's exhibiting much less pain on Day 2 than most people who have the surgery.
If you ask her, though, things are dire because she got a little hot under the 7 blankets we piled on her yesterday because she was cold and because she's never before felt like she does today. After some good-humored questioning (I'm always the lawyer!), she admitted: (a) she's never had a knee replaced before; and (b) she's never taken hydrocodone before. I submitted to her that those two facts probably had something to do with her feeling a bit odd. I have a big heart, but I'm not much of a coddler.
Extreme K, wishing your mom a speedy recovery from her surgery!
30 Roses, glad to hear the compression stockings have helped your mom.
Trying out By Kilian Flower of Immortality this afternoon, with notes of
white peach, blackcurrant bud, freesia, iris, rose crystal, vanilla, tonka
bean and white musk. It's very pleasant and nice peachy iris. It reminds
me of another fragrance but I can't remember which one.
Have a good evening!
I used up the last of my sample of Bottega Veneta today. It's going on the wish list for sure. I loved it all day and I received two compliments too!
hugs to all ...
I've trademarked the color bleu
Today was Jailia! over the mango lotion, mmmmmmm.
Jo Malone Osmanthus Blossom is not at all what I expected. I thought I'd hate it but I actually bought a bottle of this sparkling citrus floral.
It's lovely, really lovely.

So that Osmanthus Blossom IS popular with our girls, right? Can't wait for my sample to arrive. Congratulations to RedHotMama -- another Jo Malone!
Congratulations to shades too -- it took another country and a different weather for me to appreciate Bottega Veneta, but now I am a huge fan.
That fragrance with an Italian name from a classic French house, comforting for me -- CD Dolce Vita.
CdG Black - love it! Sweet incensey drydown on me.

Have a great day!
Bvulgari Black. I haven't made up my mind about this fragrance yet.
