Try Speakeasy by Frapin
I am looking for a soft, slightly sweet and/or fruity boozy perfume. Some notes of white chocolate, cacao or nuts are also welcome. Nothing obtrusive or cloying though. I do not like anything with patchouli, incense or sharp and/or heavy notes (and I do not want to smell like someone simply just spilled their drink on me). Just something light, yummy and a little sexy.... Any recommendations?
+1 for Speakeasy, perfect suggestion!
Mechant loup was the first that came to my mine - boozy and nutty and light, slightly sweet too.

I second Mechant loup
Royal Bain de Caron by Caron - boozy, fruity and soft with a touch of rosy powder.
Maybe Immortelle Marilyn by Nez à Nez.

RAW MATERIALS FOR PERFUMERY
I've never smelled this one but from reviews, Guerlain's Tonka Imperiale fits your description.
Quote from NSTPerfume:
"Tonka Impériale starts quite boozy and rather rich, and for a moment, I thought it was perhaps another take on the Spiritueuse Double Vanille theme. No, it veers off in other directions shortly: a bit of citrus, something strongly herbal and aromatic (that only registers as rosemary because I know it’s listed in the notes), then loads of bitter almond, then dry hay + dry tobacco. By the 15 minute mark, it’s foody and sweet; Sylvaine Delacourte of Guerlain describes it as “between gingerbread and chocolate”, and to that I’d add amaretti cookies drizzled with honey. If that sounds overwhelming, I’ll add that the richness of the opening does not last — it feels nearly transparent on skin, and the bitter and spicy elements counter the sugar nicely. It has less of a “vanilla comfort scent” feel than Spiritueuse Double Vanille, and after hitting a high point on the sugar scale at around 40 minutes, it slowly gets drier and woodier as it continues to develop."
Hermessence Ambre Narguile.
How about Botrytis by Ginestet?
Maybe Dolce Vita? There's a "boozy" impression from the woods, a bit fruity, kinda sweet, very light and unobtrusive. A maraschino cherry liquer would be close to the smell.
I would have recommended Badgley Mischka beacuse it's the booziest fruit I've ever smelled, and it devolves into a soft amber, except for one thing: it's LOUD.

Anakin: What was that all about?
Obi-Wan: Well, R2 has been...
Anakin: No loose wire jokes.
Obi-Wan: Did I say anything?
Anakin: He's trying.
Obi-Wan: I didn't say anything!
A lot of people like Guerlain's Spiritueuse Double Vanille, which to my nose has a strong vanillic mixed-drink aspect. I personally am not a fan, but it definitely meets your "boozy" criterion.
