Serge Lutens, Keiko Mecheri, Amouage
Montale and CDG
I own more Creed than anything, and they have a few amazing scents, but lately, it's been Amouage and Tom Ford.
Looking in my cabinet, I have to say Lutens and Amouage, unless Guerlain counts.

I'm all over the place, but I have a true affinity for the more anarchistic indies and avant-garde lines.
Interestingly, there are several lines that I really love what they do yet I only enjoy a handful of fragrances (Amouage, Parfumerie Generale, Profumum). But I'd say Comme des Garcons has the most in their lineup that I wear with regularity (although technically they're a designer line but they do a fantastic job of decimating the problematic designer / niche divide).

Although I haven't tried everything from the house, I already know I will like it. Slumberhouse. But next would probably be Hermes, or Tom Ford.
My Ultimate Top 5:
Paul Smith Man (2009)
Burberry London (2006)
Prada Amber pour Homme (2006)
Arpege pour Homme (2005)
While i have a good number of Creeds, my favourite niche house is Maitres Parfumeur et Gantier.
ointments and perfume delight the heart....
In addition to Creed, also Penhaligons, Rance, Knize, Serge Lutens, ADP, Etro
New favorite niche house: Indult
Currently heavily into an Amouage sample set and enjoying it very much but I'm also a big fan of Parfum d'Empire - easily six or seven of their line I could have full bottles of!
Maître Parfumer et Gantier
Malle and Chanel les Exclusifs.
Do I have to say which Niche house is my Favorite?
Can't I keep it a secret?

I consider CdG as 'niche', so im going with them

This early in my journey it's definitely Creed. I also like Tom Ford's Private Blends, even though I guess they technically aren't niche.

I own mostly Creed, a few Hermes, and couple of Tom Ford's Private Blend Collection scents. However, if I decide to add to my collect I'd likely look more into L'Artisan and Serge Lutens.
Too many to choose from, but I would say for me it's between these:
Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier
