Default perfume for young office worker FORMAL

    Hello basenotes,

Im on a budget. I have searched much online for reviews about all kinds of fregs and youtube videos.

    Heres my information:

    - im young male 20 year old ( not very old looking)
    - Belgium tempture: winter/spring fregnance that means outside tempture between -5 celicus(25 fahrenheit) and 15+ celcius (59 fahrenheit), inside tempture will be normal 20 celcius ( 68 fahrenheit). I work inside, only outside if i have to travel to work.
    - office work: banking-and insurance. I will receive lot of customers and have to talk with them. I will wear suit.

So what am I looking for

*30-40 euro online/discounted(40-55 usd, retail price will be higher) for minimum 100 ml (3.34 oz) so it will be cheap budget. I will buy it online(cheap) so retail price can be higher.
*Normal-Long fregnance, 6-8 hours or more
*I like fresh smell, sport. Dindnt test heavy man men perfumes yet like A men Mugler or Encre Noir.
*Not to soft, and not to strong or your colleagues will hate you.
*Important both men and woman must love them because i talk both to them.
    *formal fregnance

Tested so far: Joop Jump, didnt last to long or I didnt noticed anymore after few hours, Versace Man, today I liked it but its more summer. Hugo Boss Bottled, its really apple and I think its get bored fast or to overwhelming if my colleagues must smell it everyday. Others like JPG Le male wont work on office. I can check in store Encre Noir, burberry line, joop nightflight or any other you advice.

Soo... what would you wear if you were young, cheap on budget, longvity and have to wear a suit every day?

Gendarme may be worth a shot. Longevity is iffy, but it's one of the few fragrances that you literally CANNOT overspray even if you tried.

Mugler Cologne isn't something that's overwhelming. It's mostly a clean, crisp citrus (neroli & bergamot) and light musk fragrance with a green vibe that ride throughout. I don't get the "soapy" connection that some have, other than the fact that it does smell "clean," like soap. I chose this as my suggestion as you'll encounter many people at your job. Mugler Cologne is a fragrance that won't have customers plugging their noses. It's light, aromatic and long lasting.

Mugler cologne fits the bill. It is a direct relation to Original Vetiver which I use constantly at work. Platinum Egoiste by Chanel could be another consideration.

Dior Homme Sport or Armani Code Sport - both as alternatives to Mugler Cologne. They're all in the same class. Clean, nice, inoffensive, restrained, but distinctive and high-quality. I personally can wear either of these for days or weeks on end.

PS - Tiffany for Men Sport Cologne. Also nice in the same genre.

Belgium! How nice to have you here.

For your price category I suggest you try the L'Occitane line.

Eau Des Baux is a wonderful woody vanilla. One of my favorites. You can have it for about €45 / 100 ml.

For your work setting you'll probably like the Vetyver. A woody fresh classic fragrance.

    Enjoy your time here!

Absolutely agree. BdC may fit the bill perfectly for you. That's the first scent which came to mind when reading your requirements.
