Default How many of my top 10 would be in yours?

Amazing thing is that all wardrobes are genuinely unique on basenotes. I can actually guarantee you that there are no 2 that are a 100% identical (unless you prove me wrong).. Isnt that cool? Moreover, I can also bet that my 10 below is one of a kind, too. With that said, I am curious to see what would be the highest number of overlapping fragrances between my top 10 and yours? ))

Five are in my collection and love them. None would be in my top 10 however.

Hmm.. Yes it does happen to have the most wears right now, though it is not necessarily my all time #1 (but definitely alltime top 5).

Why? I am not sure.. It is probably the easiest scent to wear. Also people around me really appreciate it. Its got some nice florals with leather undertones.. Girls dig it.. Projects.. Seems to last forever... In fact, from my entire list only 2 fragrances seem to receive unsolicited compliments - this and Versace Eau Fraiche, funny as it sounds...

There are definitely much better scents than Versace in my possession. The thing is, it has that certain significance to it. It was one of only like 3 scents that I owned some time ago, before I got into the "fragrance game", so it is sort of like a chapter of my life. I was also wearing it a lot at the time I was dating my present wife (she still loves it by the way).

    Fair enough!
I have the same (personal stuff) with Azzaro Chrome and Bvlgari Aqva PH Marine but decided not to put them into my (current) Top 10 as I wanted my top 10 also combined with fragrance smell, composition, notes, blend and development.

Out of the ones I've tried from your top 10 list, London would be the only one to possibly make mine as well. Eau Fraiche is good, and don't care for DHI or Aventus.

I have FBs of 7 of your top 10:

    Bleecker Street
    Terre d'Hermes
    Aventus
    DHI
    GHPII
    Avignon
    Versace Man Eau Fraiche

    And samples of 2 others:
    London
    Black Afgano

    - but only Aventus would be in my top 10. But about 5 of those would be in my top 20 - 30, so we have fairly similar tastes.

    Avignon might make it.

But even those with a top 10 closely matching mine will have some scents that I hate, or would never even consider wearing.
Makes judging reviews interesting, and even as I become familiar with their tastes, there is (so far) no single reviewer who I can rely on completely. e.g. one review may work very well for CdG and CdG style synthetic scents for me, but not so well for orientals or more traditional scents.

I haven't had the chance to smell Black Afgano (dying to though!) but GphII is in my top 10. I own Aventus and really enjoy it. Top 10 though? Maybe. Royal Oud is my pick for a Creed scent. I'm on the fence about Bleecker St. I feel drawn to it, definitely, but I'm not convinced it's a human smell. I do plan on giving it a shot again this spring though.
