    Default Armani Code Flanker Thread

As much as I like Armani Code/Black Code, it was sported by too many people, so I had to hide my bottle in order not to be guilty by association by way of smell

I think Armani got the flanker memo right when most all the other designer brands got the word. It took 5 years for the first flanker, then it was one per year after...well almost.

Here the flankers for Armani Code

    1. Armani Code
    2. Armani Code Summer
    3. Armani Code Sport
    4. Armani Code Sport Athlete (really!?)
    5. Armani Code Ultimate

Honorable mention: Armani Code Casino and Armani Code Golden limited editions from 2008 and 2013 respectively.

As with the rest of the flankers threads please share your experience!

Own #1, 2, & 3, but prefer the original over any of the flankers.

Code is all I have at this point. Based on your post, Hednic, I'll likely hold there.

I have a sample of Armani Code Sport, which I liked better than the rest of the line (though all bear a repeat sniff). I really like Armani Code Sport's opening, the opening makes it a top-tier sport IMO, but need to now do a full wearing -- I've heard it gets harsh in the drydown

It's one of the better sport flankers, IMO bearing a likeness to Charriol Sport. Personally don't get any harshness in the dry down.

I prefer Armani Code Sport over the original and all of the flankers. Easily my favorite sport fragrance.

Have you tried Charriol Homme Sport? If the Armani is your favorite sport scent, this would be right up your alley IMO.

I tried Armani Code sport Athlete yesterday and ended up going back and buying it.

It's better than Code sport, longer lasting, better projection, and just plain simple smells better.

The lemon stays longer sitting on a subtle background of mint and the drydown is all about incense, lemon and vetiver.

Will be a staple in my summer rotation for sure !

I actually like the female version of this. I don't know if there are any flankers for women. Code is one of the few scents I would recommend that is available in dept stores.

Lots of flankers for women, but with the name 'summer' in them and not 'sport'.

I like the women's version. A friend of mine wears Code for women and it smells really nice on her.
