The rose/cinnamon combo of this one is instantly likeable. I look forward to exploring this one. Prada's perfumer (Andrier) did it.

    A used bottle of:

    Orange Sanguine by Atelier

I have been wanting this in my wardrobe from 4 years ago when it was first released & I tested it. It's one of those rare citrus fragrances that gets me extremely excited. It has become the touchtone from which I judge all orange prominent fragrances. There's a lot of others that have grabbed my attention (the new Hermes cologne the Mandarine one, the Aqua Allegoria one with basil, the Marc Jacobs splash, the Acqua di Parma which I used to own) but this one is the one I chose to spend my $ on.

Putting it away until the weather starts to warm up again here in Miami. Should be very soon.

Very nice and I agree. I love the new hermes one, but there is something zesty, real, and alive about this one and should be the reference point for all things orange.

Especially the Jazz, vintage formulation I love it, I was to buy the current version; Rocabar is also vintage, because the price is still in PTE, the national currency of Portugal before the euro, tomorrow they will bring other old relics and I'll be there to buy...

Any idea what formulation are the Brut's and the aspen ?

The regatta eau de toilette has such high levels of oakmoss that I can detect that would make

Woody, slightly boozy, with a masculine tobacco accord. Not sweet. The smokiness is not too intense (I actually wished it was smokier). A very 'brown' scent.

SMW really doesn't fit what I usually like, but once I wore this from my decant I was in love. To me it really is like Creed MI, but it has a slightly more masculine leaning vibe to it than MI. Unfortunately, my nose isn't developed enough yet to pull out what notes are making the difference.
    Top 10:
    Creed Green Irish Tweed
    Creed Himalaya
    Creed Silver Mountain Water
    Creed Royal Oud
    Tom Ford Tuscan Leather
    Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille
    Tom Ford Italian Cypress
    Bleu de Chanel
    Serge Lutens Chergui
    Prada Amber Pour Homme Intense
