None from my personal collection, but sometimes when I receive a scent that has no place in my collection, or nobody else wants it. Once I used Aramis as a bathroom spray.

Never have yet, but now that I realize my collection is far larger than I would ever be able to use, I am considering it!

I do use Axe body spray as a room spray if that counts.

I do on ocassion spray stuff in the air. Body sprays are great for this as dougzar mentioned; I have drakkar noir, nautica, and eternity in sprays. I don't on rare occasion spray a fragrance if I want to smell what it must be like to catch sillage. Helps me determine what I'd like to wear sometimes and makes the room smell great!

Maybe it would've smelled better if you didn't spray Aramis after you used the bathroom.

Also, I prefer rooms in my house to smell clean, so I don't use fragrance. I do use baking soda, however.

The lemon verbena in the top notes of my bottle of GIT has gone off and smells like carboard on my skin. So I have from time to time been using this a a room spray. Sorry if this seems like sacrilege.

Aseel (just to use it up), also have used Molinard Vanille and Quorum Silver.

Involuntarily, breaking stuff, HM and Rien. The former a great room fragrance, the latter a little less so.

My bottle of Varvatos Artisan has been relegated to bathroom spray status.

My wife had been known to grab one of my collection. She doesn't have any interest so doesn't know how much some of the air fresheners she was using cost......imagine my horror walking into a bathroom smelling of Armani Privee Bois D'Encens. I bought a couple of cheap copies from a discount store here in the Uk (Poundworld!) and left them in the bathroom cabinet. Not bad value actually. The Cool Water copy will last far longer than a similarly priced air freshener.

Not intentionally. When I spray my wrist and most of the mist misses it's mark, I suppose I am using it as expensive room spray. Dang it. I hate it when I do that .

Haha...happens to me all the time as well, unless I'm trying to spray my neck in which case most of it usually ends up in my ear.

Haha same, the house my car... all with a bottle of the actual room spray.

Also, when you spray Aventus on yourself , the entire room is engulfed in the scent as well lol so that doubles as a room spray.

I once used FCUK as a room spray. Since I never wear it I thought why not try it as a room spray...and it worked pretty good too.

Well enjoying what you're wearing is crucial, it is of the utmost importance to wear something that others like as well.

I've used bars of Jo Malone Red Roses soap as room fragrance, but that's about it.

I did have one nightmare experience with Kouros Sport once. I had a brand new bottle of KS shower gel, blind buy, found I couldn't stand it. So I figured I could at least clean a toilet with it. So I dumped it into the toilet and left it alone for a while. When I returned, the bathroom smelled exactly how I don't want my bathroom to smell. No real catastrophe - the smell was gone in a couple of hours - but if I had had guests arrive while that squalid cloud hung over my bathroom, it really would've been embarrassing.

This year I'm going to start trying candles, starting with some of Trina Turk's creations, and we'll see how that goes.

Before my wife and I started living together again (she hates every single one of my perfumes and makes it well known) I used to spray my room every other day with one of my Axe body sprays. Excite and Anarchy are two that immediately come to mind. They last a while and leave behind a pleasant scent trail. When I was actually looking to impress someone, I'd just burn my Aventus candle and that did the trick. Sadly, it's just too expensive to use as often as I'd like.

Aventus candle?! They make these? Or is this a homemade jobber? Inquiring minds want to know

Maybe in this case using a few sprays of the real thing might be more long lasting and much more cost effective.
    But much less romantic

Sometimes I do though I think the smell of fragrance is not as good in the air as it is on skin, a decent room spray would be better suited to fragrance a room IMO

Inadvertently, yes. I apply fragrance every morning in our bedroom; it can easily be detected when I return from work in the evening. My wife often comments that it can be smelt throughout the house for hours after I leave.
