Its called a funnel.
I am trying to remember what you call the the "thing" that you put into an atomizer opening then pour fragrance into it ? You would also use it for filling up a flask. It has a little bowl on top and a stem which fits into the atomizer opening.
This sounds weird but the word is totally escaping me and I need to buy one
Unless I'm pouring a large amount (>5ml) or spraying, I don't like funnels.
Stem width is sometimes not proportionate to the "pool" part on top and what happens is the stem cannot release the perfume fast enough into the bottle, so it quickly reaches the rim and spills out.
Therefore I suggest you get funnels with wide stems.
or use a pipette if the sprayer is primped on the bottle neck.
I agree with hedonist. Pipettes are more practical for perfume.
Disposable plastic Pasteur pipettes.
I tend to label the pipettes once used and keep them in a sealed bag for future use.
My OCD won't tolerate even the tiniest molecule of contamination
Only problem with that, (and I have done it too) is that some fragrance ingredients can soften and attack some plastics.
Agree with the other responses. Using disposable plastic pipettes allows you to track the mls you're placing into a fragrance as well if you're doing splits or creating your own perfumes. They're pretty cheap on eBay too.

Funnels work ok for pouring into larger atomizers, because those will accomodate a broader funnel tail. But for transferring into small atomizers, pipettes are far more efficient. Dirt cheap. One use, toss them.
For a precision job a pipette(little pipe). "The laboratory method"....but if you have a steady hand and have 20-20 vision and are a patient person a funnel will do as there are many sizes available in accordance to decants...

I get you now!
You can always spray into a beaker and then use the pipette to draw the perfume up.
I use pipettes for splash bottles and funnels for atomisers.

Yet it's not all that hard to destroy the crimp, pull out the atomizer, and thus get clear access to the juice (via pipette). Though it may take a little practice.
Like others have mentioned, a funnel should do it.
funnel or a syringe
