Hard to answer. By Kilian, Frederic Malle and Dior, Guerlain.
Serge Lutens for me. I don't think there is one fragrance from the line I do not like ... and really like to love most of it.
I've trademarked the color bleu
1. Parfumerie Generale
2. Serge Lutens
3. Comme des Garcons
Also love FM.
Le Labo, their scents fit my DNA perfectly.
I really don't "care" about the niche or designer thing so I won't set them apart.
For me the clear and undisputed winner is Guerlain! Whether it is for me and people of my age or older people, I just love what they do! They've created one masterpiece after another.
I would have to say Chanel. I have four at the moment and will probably be getting a fifth soon. I find a lot of Chanel fragrances to be elegant and a great "bang for the buck!"
Niche (in no particular order): Creed, AdP, CdG
Niche: Creed and Bond No 9
Niche: Profvmvm Roma
Serge Lutens - for the quality and versatility

Fille en Aiguilles & Gris Clair & Fleurs d'Oranger & Tubereuse Criminelle & Sarrasins & Fumerie Turque & A la Nuit & Santal Majuscule & Sa Majeste la Rose & Five O'Clock Au Gingembre
Costume National (as limited as they might be)
Designer: Dior, because both their classic scents and their Privée collection work for me. I would be completely happy living off of Dior scents for the rest of my life. Honorable mention goes to Chanel, because I think Dior fulfills gamut between "easy to wear but uninteresting and generic" and "douchey and artistic".
Edit: Also will add that Dior has the widest and wackiest vintage game. So that would be fun. Maybe I'll experiment with just buying diors and see what I come up with.
Niche: Really tough one. I'm tempted to say Frederic Malle even though I despise many of their fragrances. Now that I think about it, there isn't really a niche brand I gravitate towards.

I am going to be predictable and common and opt for the Creed...
I will give you my genuine reasons though...
Virgin Island Water
Pure White Cologne
For me personally this was a very good reason to choose this house
