This scent just smells deliciously "golden" to me. l would love to get more, but l'm not sure if it's changed in the last couple of years?

Who knows with this topsy-turvy climate . The record high here was 38.5 C in the London area back in 2003 and I dread the thought of such conditions again.

A rough guide to my tolerance levels ...

    Under 15 C - bliss.
    15 C - 20 C - pleasantly bearable.
    21 C - 25 C - uncomfortable and increasingly unhappy.
    26 C - 30 C - Meldrew mode in full swing, miserable as sin.
Over 30 C - Living hell, on knees praying for autumn.

Sounds like my kind of baking . If I were Mr teardrop you would need a padlock on the fridge .

LOL Jon, if you were Mr teardrop we would constantly be having temperature-related arguments!

Dear Mike, as bad as no a/c at the office must be, at least console yourself that you don't live in Chicago, where the natural a/c gets tiresome.

Hello and good afternoon everyone. I hope all are well, or getting better. I'm sampling Tam Dao today. I just felt the need for something different.

Teardrop, I immediately had to google "chocolate biscuit cake" and it took me a while to understand it. It looks like a cake-shaped chocolate fudge with cookies in it. Maybe this is just the baker in me but calling it cake seems like a misnomer...That said I really don't care what it's called, I would totally eat some.

Jon, that guy playing the guitar just blew my mind. That is CRAZY!!! I am the most elementary guitar player ever. It dizzies my mind to think of how much practice it would take to be able to play even 10 seconds of that.

One of my packages from NST swap arrived today, so I'm trying vintage Diorella, 80s edt. Very herbal and lemony and not at all what I was expecting. I'm lovin' it!

Jon, that guitarist was too bizarre! I thought he would break a string or his fingers would start to bleed , for sure! An absolute blur!

I'm wearing L'Heure de Nuit today. DH was told not to wear any scent for his surgery today, but I assumed I could ... but to be safe, I was pretty skimpy in the spritzing. No matter, LHdN is still beautiful even when skimped.

    hugs to all ...

Mine was bought November 2013 from Phyto Universe in NYC. It's the extrait, very honeyed and bright. I love it. Here's a photo.

Erin; l agree, cake is the wrong word for it really, but l don't know what else you could call it. lt's harder in texture than a fudge, almost like the texture of chocolate, but of course the biccies give it a nice crunch.

Thanks for the pic jujy, beautiful bottle!
