Eau des Baux, over Bvlgari Black, everything else is an also-ran in this group.

Tough choice, as there are some good ones. Ultimately I think I like EdB the best of the offerings.

Hands down Eau de Baux for me. I love the combination of tonka and incense on a lovely bed of cedarwood.

Eau des Baux here too. Also enjoy Rochas Man, Opium PH, Bvlgari Black, Arpege PH.

Another vote for Eau des Baux.

London would've been my choice if it lasted more than two hours on me.

I've yet to try Gucci Envy but hope to smell it at least once in my life.

Think my favourite would be Opium (esp the EDP) but I have them all. Some are guilty pleasures that seem to survive all attempt to reduce the amount of sweet scents I own (as I don't wear them all that often and the girlfriend disapproves rather vehemently).

Voted for LLaM... but only for the scent. The longevity/projection is just atrocious.

No votes for Rochas Man? Wow. I didn't see that comin'.

Givenchy Pi is such a tough one. It just might be the most fickle scent I've tried. On some people, the stuff is frigging glorious. On me, it's trainwreck.

Bvlgari Black is another tough one for me. I think the stuff smells amazing. It's so unique, and it lasts for ages... so why don't I ever feel excited about wearing it? I don't know. Still, it got my vote.

She disapproves of them? Or, do you mean she disapproves of you not wearing them more often? Trimming down the wardrobe always seems like it should be so much easier than it is.

    Opium Pour Homme EDP.
This is one of my favourites.
I am surprised they still sell it though, or may be it has been discontinued and nobody cares enough about it to buy it.

She doesn't seem to enjoy sweet scents much, at least not on me. Can't really complain too much though as she's happy for me to wear Yatagan and such.

Slimming down should be easier indeed and quite a few of these were Ebay candidates at one point (Le Male, Pi, Rochas, Envy, Arpege, Lolita) but then you wear them and they just put you in a good mood, esp when it's cold out, so the cupboard keeps filling up!

Edit - Rochas Man will get the chop out of these. Wore it this afternoon.
