If you like it, maybe keep it. It is d/c. I keep mine for nostalgia. It smells just like a 1980's discotheque to me.
Is this rare? I found it in a tiny perfume shop.
I'm pretty sure it's not in production anymore.
It's the lighter green color.
Smells quite nice!
Wonder why they stopped making it if it was selling so well.
Don't know if i should keep it or sell it.
Discontinued, and hard to find. One of the Gucci's I own and like. Agree with others. If you like the scent and how it performs on your skin, then keep it. You can always sell it if you get tired of it.
Thanks for the replies. I paid 45 euros for it.
That's about 60 American, great price. You could easily sell it for 100-150 American, I've seen the 3.4 oz bottles going for over 200 on Ebay. I would keep it though, as it's a part of fragrance history, and it smells amazing.
My Ultimate Top 5:
Paul Smith Man (2009)
Burberry London (2006)
Prada Amber pour Homme (2006)
Arpege pour Homme (2005)
I agree it smells quite nice!
Tom Ford had his hand in packaging as well i see..
The foam cushion is a nice touch!
Congrats on your find!
Great find indeed. Also, truly agreeing with the opinion that this fragrance should not be discontinued and/or brought back into production/retail.
Congrats! Great scent - I have scoured around and bought what I could find in my neck of the woods. Never got as good a deal as you did though!
Ebay is a good place to look. I managed to find a 50ml bottle in box for £25 which is about $40. The woman was having a clear out and wanted rid so had it as a buy it now. Was worried it may have been a fake but it was not.

I loved that one. So smooth
keep it !!
it is amongst Gucci best ..
Great find! If you like it, keep it, because you probably won't find it again.
Anybody have a sample of Martin Margiela Untitled or Untitled L'Eau? I'm dying to smell these and I've got lots of great niche samples to swap!

I'm definitely going to keep it ...beautiful scent!
Gucci is going to end production on pour homme 2 i've heard..
The best and most luxurious flanker in my opinion.
Someone mentioned nemo above..need to get that one as well..
Very strange bottle!!!
I had a original bottle of this it's a dark green liquid. Unfortunately after purchasing it from a pharmacy a couple years ago I gave it away cause I did not like the scent....AAAARGH! On last year I realised what a mistake I made. The d/c fragrance I own now is Providence by Van Huesen. And yeah it smells amazing!
Where do I send the letter to IFRA thanking them for keeping my family safe? Ive already dropped off my bottles of Envy at the hazardous chemical recycling center.
Was the fuss over nutmeg because of it's rarity or was nutmeg considered an allergen by the ifra?? I don't get it.

Why does envy remind you of the 80's so much??
It was released in 1998..
Please, don't ask me why, but I got a 100ml tester with top and tester box for quite cheap but I just don't like it, and I do enjoy barbershop scents a lot. There's something that doesn't agree with my nose, ginger, perhaps, although I like it in L'Homme, for exemple. I would be most keen on a swap in Brasil. Any one, please? ... I mean... the man's version.
