SotD: Creed Bois de Cedrat. One of my all-time Sunday morning fragrances. So perfectly balanced, sparkling citrus top notes. Easier to find right now than Citrus Bigarrade, but very much in the same realm. Essential for citrus lovers.

Post-gym interlude: Chez Bond. Keep trying to like it, but so far not much happening with this one. The grocery checkout girl was unusually flirty this morning, though. Maybe the Bond?

SotA: Molinard Teak. My latest favorite. A very nice masculine blend. Sweet, warm, a little spicy. Blind buy from Molinard's website, based on BN commentary. The Basenoters are right again. So glad I jumped on it.

Late afternoon interlude: Molinard Homme I. Another favorite lately. II and III on the way now, should receive them later this week. Really looking forward to rounding out my Molinard men's wardrobe.

SotE: Guerlain Heritage EdP. I am knocked out of my socks every time.

    welcome to Basenotes kidlat!
mrcologneguy - Never heard of Teak - and now I realize why...cause you were speaking about Teck. lol

Thanks to you-know-who-you-are, this morning I thoroughly enjoyed:

Brit Rhythm For Her by Burberry

Equal parts = steamed hot iron + Sweet-Tarts candies + lavender. I can't seem to get enough of it. It's oddly fascinating for a modern feminine designer flanker release.

Tonight, after a massage & several hours by the pool, I came home & splashed on some of the very last drops of on of my absolute favorite eaux colognes (I should have bought several bottles when I could):

Cologne a la Russe by Institut Tres Bien

Pierre Bourdon, perfumer, did this - it's excellent. Citric, powdery, amber loveliness. Reminds me of an ultra-luxury version of that classic Johnson & Johnson's Baby Shampoo smell. So nice on a hot sticky night that we're having here in Miami.

    SOTE: Bond 9 Chinatown

I'm still on the fence on whether or not I can pull this one off or not...(and I'm kind of leaning towards not), but I do love it. Too bad my wife doesn't like it for herself.

Dior Homme Eau was a great choice for me today. Best designer purchase I have made in a long time.
