No, but I find Vetiver by Annick Goutal makes me think of rain - a great olfactive journey in a wet forest.

Boss Elements Aqua, but the hot, sunny day rain shower type of a fragrance. Unique.

Narciso Rodriguez For Him. I would add English Fern Penhaligon's.

Yes, too bad Demeter frags last no longer than a minute or two. (I need to move to England because I LOVE rain, ha.)
Just because a fragrance is expensive, doesn’t necessarily make it smell better than a cheaper one.

I can still pray in the U.S.A. (For now, anyway.)

Ha! I've experienced quite the opposite with some of the ones I've tried ... they last so long that I can still smell them the next morning (with one spray to the wrist). And if it's a fragrance that you're not too keen on, this isn't necessarily a good quality.

Looks like many vetivers/patchoulis do the trick.

Well, no. Because the temperature would make all the difference in the world. Cold rainy days would mean something completely different than warm rainy days.

But two that really seem to capture the rainy vibe to me are Creed Green Valley and Clive Christian 1872. They both just seem to have a saturated green and fresh smell - but damp with a small touch of earthiness to them. But as many others have mentioned - vetivers work well in the rainy season also. Different ones based on the temperature.

But then again, it's raining here today, and I went with Dior Homme Sport 2012.
    Current Summer Favorites:

    1. Creed - Original Cologne
    2. Xerjoff - Nio
    3. Creed - Aventus
    4. The Different Company - De Bachmakov
    5. Dior - Homme Sport 2008
    6. Tom Ford - Grey Vetiver
    7. Montale - Aoud Legacy
    8. Dior - Homme Sport 2012
    9. Tom Ford - Rive d'Ambre
    10. Creed - Virgin Island Water

    Inoui by Shiseido
    Tubereuse Couture by Parfumerie Generale
    Silences by Jacomo
Jardin du Nil by Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier
    Givenchy III

Green and mossy scents in general seem to "wake up" in the rain.

Xeryus (art deco bottle) By Givenchy is a nice one for the rain. I Love the 80's: Strikes Back

Funny thing, now when i think about it, i feel the same about them. As well as cold, snowy winters more than summers.

@krooze, Xeryus could really make a great choice for the rainy day frag - good suggestion. Xeryus has IMO some melancholity in its smell.

Well I'm fairly certain it doesn't rain for climate & geographical reasons - not locals' preferences lol

    I know. I understand that.
It's just a personal thing. I would miss the rain and the change of seasons very much.

Not to mention the heat. I don't think I could get used to that.
The heat and humidity can be pretty horrid around here in the summer.
I don't think I could handle places like FL, LA, AZ etc.

L' Heure Bleue was the answer that came immediately to mind, though Tam Dao would probably be my "go to" on a day like that.
