Bois des Illes EDT
Antaeus (Current formulation)
Green Irish Tweed
Burberry London & L'Homme are my picks. Burberry has the greatest opening I've ever smelled but it dies literally an hour later. L'Homme has an opening that blew my mind but it only lasts 2 hours max to me.
Most of the male Gabriela Sabatini scents, Daniel Hechter XXL, Guy Laroche Horizon among many others.
John Varvatos Artisan
Creed Neroli Sauvage
Marc Jacobs by Marc Jacobs
Donna Karan Fuel for Men (reformulated)
I can probably name a few, but they're not ones that I love.
Wonderful fig scent for the eight or so seconds that I can smell it. And yes this is for the parfum as well...
Prince De Galles

The newish Versace Pour Homme Oud Noir smells really good but the longevity is only three hours. Though it's pretty much subdued and close to your skin by hour two. Shame!
D&G The One. Smells nice when it starts but becomes a faint whisper after a short period of time.
Recently bought Narciso Rodriguez For Her...like the pink rose and peach scent but unfortunately stop smelling it after an hour ...seems to vanish without a trace from the chest, back of neck and wrists...
But I suspect that I maybe anosmic to this one perhaps...why because when sprayed in the armpits it seemed to vanish like on other body parts but at night when going to sleep I could get a faint creamy rose and vanillaic aroma wafting from there...

I remember the old Armani Eau Pour Homme---used to have to figuratively bathe in that one to get it to last. Great for a few hrs, then from what I remember, fades away into nothing.
Tom Ford For Men
Intimately Beckham Men
Gucci PH II
+1 for Gucci Pour Homme II
Michael Jordan Flight
Adidas Fresh Impact
Those are some of my faves, fortunately they are all pretty cheap so reapplying is no big deal
L'Humaniste (Millesime imperial) if 6--12 hrs needed but if 4-6 needed then initiall sprays would do but if previous need then , definitely need a traveling atomizer to take with you to revamp revive it

Gucci pour Homme goes on like it's going to be a beast but regretfully fades quite fast on me. CdG Ouarzazate is another I wish lasted longer on me
Philosykos! I love that darn thing but disappears from me in two hours!
Bois de cedrat
Tom Ford for men
Green Irish Tweed
Scandal Pour Homme
^^^Hahaha! So bad! I mean, I normally have longevity issues with frags, I'm used to that, but usually I can at least smell some weak, hardly recognizable basenotes whereas this one disappears without a trace like it had never been sprayed on. Such a sad story, even sadder the fact that I love it and would buy a fb right away if it lasted at least a bit longer...
Arsene Lupin Dandy
My skin seems to drink them.
Tom Ford for Men
Monsieur de Givenchy
+1 for L'Homme!!!
Kenneth Cole Reaction....amazing summer smell, but leaves so quick.
MI, GIT and Aventus.
It's a shame, because these are two of my favorite fragrances but I'm lucky to get 2 hours out of them. Tom Ford for Men and Versace Pour Homme are in the 4-5 hour range and that to me is acceptable. I'm surprised to see Aventus and Grey Vetiver get a mention; those are two I have to be careful not to overspray. I get a good 7+ hours from each.
GIT, Allure Homme sport, YSL L'homme parfum intense, platinum egoiste, Tom Ford grey vetiver (only in the summer)
Gucci PH II and Burberry London for me
I don't have issues with longevity per say but I wish the following projected more:
Versace Man Eau Fraiche
Current faves (Subject to change at a moments notice!!):
Roja Dove Diaghilev
SHL 777 Khol de Bahrein
Mona di Orio Oud
Creed Green Irish Tweed
Heeley Cuir Pleine Fleur
Dior Cuir Cannage
Acqua di Parma Leather
Paul Smith for Men (the green bottle stuff). I've always liked this one, but it just doesn't last. Three hours max. Fortunately it's cheap in the UK, so I buy big bottles and apply liberally.
Most colognes last quite well on my skin - in fact, MI seems to be a beast in terms of longevity for me. There are a few that don't last - Allure Homme Edition Blanche comes to mind, as did Carthusia Mediterraneo, and pre-reformulation (woodhue box) Eau Sauvage also had similar issues.
Also of note: If you like the smell of D&G The One but want a richer, longer-lasting version, march into any Express and pick up a bottle of Express Reserve in addition to another 1MX.
Celebrating 10 years on Basenotes - and smelling better than ever
My mission statement: "I am not afraid to keep on living - I am not afraid to walk this world alone."
D&G The One
These for sure.
Oh yeah...Creed Selection Verte.
The latest example I can think of is By Kilian Vodka on the Rocks. Smells great, but seemed to have disappeared after a few hours. Will need to give it more full wearings.
Penhaligon's Endymion , smells good but doesn't last
Heeley Menthe Fraiche
My current top 10 fragrances :
1. Amouage Jubilation XXV
2. A Lab on Fire Almost Transparent Blue
3. YSL L'Homme Libre
4. Tauer Perfumes L'Air du Desert Marocain
5. Rania J. Ambre Loup
6. Atelier Cologne Cedrat Enivrant
7. Parfum MDCI Ambre Topkapi
8. Imaginary Authors Memoirs of a Trespasser
9. Heeley Sel Marin
10. by Kilian Back to Black
Lorenzo Villoresi Uomo. It would be my favorite fragrance if it lasted more than a few hours.
Recently Histoires de Parfums 1826 and ELDO Malaise of the 1970's. Didn't prevent me from buying the first when I saw it with a discount. ;-)
...colognes seldom last...better take Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum...!
Great thread idea!
Paloma Picasso, Minotaure
JC, Dirty English
Gucci, Rush Pour Homme
Lolita Lempicka Au Masculaine
Brooks Brothers, 1818
John Varvatos Artisan Black
Tommy Bahama Set Sail St. Barts
L' Occitan Cade
Brecourt Esprit Mondain
Murdock's Black Tea
Looking for Byredo Pulp -
Creeds Neroli Sauvage and Erolfa...
Gucci Pour Homme II is very nice, but yeah -- longevity REALLY bites. I refused to buy it for that reason, even though I had a deal at the time.
Creed's Green Irish Tweed fell too short on longevity to buy, and a small decant from a friend of Millesime Imperial performed much like Maurer+Wirtz 4711. 4711 has terrible longevity but it is so cheap and pleasant smelling that I just use it as an aftershave.
Chanel's Allure Edition Blanche has a great fresh aroma, but after 30 mins it turned into a skin scent.
I don't really care enough for Egoiste Platinum to buy a bottle, but even if I did enjoy it more I wouldn't buy... because it also fades to a skin scent too soon.
Cristobal Balenciaga Ho Hang Club has weak sillage, fading to a skin scent after about 1~2 hours, but it's a beautiful fragrance and worth re-applying.
Creed MI lasts a long time, but very close to the skin.
Same with Creed Himalaya.
GIT lasts a long time for me and projects very well.
Gucci PH1 dies out in under an hour.
