    I will try:

    Cognac- Escada pour Homme
Rum, preferably the one used in mojito and other similar cocktails- the now discontinued Joop! What About Adam
    Energy drinks- Ck One Shock
Absinthe- Davidoff Relax (containing an almost niche-like wealth of dark, leathery, mossy but also unexpectedly boozy fougere notes almost bordering on vermouth hints)
Champagne- Yvresse by YSL (originally even named after the beverage it was supposed to represent)
Amaretto liqueur- Very Irresisitible by Givenchy
Triple sec liqueur- almost any given EDC, from mass market to niche
Whisky- oddly, I get a less peated/unpeated scotch and even sweeter bourbon suggestion from Penhaligons Hammam Bouquet (albeit like some whisky cocktail infused with rose water)

A few less expected, non alcoholic additions to a well-stocked, diverse liquor cabinet:
Cigars and unburnt, unsmoked raw high quality tobacco in general- Aramis Havana and Mugler Pure Havane (both also having a certain boozy suggestion)
Brown sugar, the type used in cocktails, but also to flavor tea and coffee- Sculpture by Nikos
Coffee- the various Cafe Cafe scents seem appropriate even beyond their obvious naming
Dark chocolate with extremely high content of cocoa- DHI or Chanel Coco Noir

Like the additions Ken! I need to try all these. I've got.
Whiskey: Byredo Seven Veils: the opening actually makes my mouth feel like its about to take a shot.
Rum: Straight to Heaven by Kilian.
Vodka: Haven't found one, though vodka barely has a smell as it is.
Gin: I've smelled quite a few things with Juniper berry in it, but nothing capturing it perfect.
Absinthe: I tried the Absinth by Nosamatto. It was pretty on it, though a little too woodsy to hit directly on the drink.

Interestingly, By Kilian has four different scents that fit into these categories. Straight to Heaven, Taste of Heaven, Apple Brandy, and Vodka on the Rocks. I sense a recurring theme here...

It wouldn't have to do with the fact that the house's founder is a scion of a cognac-making family, right?

Just remember another fragrance with a slight Irish cream liqueur/Baileys resemblance: Endymion by Penhaligons, almost neutral in the boozyness category, however far more pronounced in terms of rich, creamy, nutty, cocoa and/or coffee-like notes.

I second Brooklyn by Bond no. 9 for a gin vibe.

My current SOTD, Noix de Coco de Malaisie, reminds me of Batida de Coco and/or other coconut-flavored liqueurs/cocktails etc.
