Acqua Viva, and Xerjoff's 1861. Two that I like during the humid Houston summer.

Acqua di Parma Colonia and Frapin l'Humaniste were the first two that came to mind.

I have yet to find a natural smelling citrus that's long lasting (that is, that remains a citrus for a long time, into the middle and drydown).

Some good examples of nice citrusy frags already given. Other possibilities are vintage citrus chypre (which become somewhat mossy in the drydown, though still remaining a bit citrusy) like Chanel Pour Monsieur, Monsieur Balmain, New York, Eau d'Hadrien. But all of these in vintage only.

For night wear and citric I like:

SMN Acqua di Cuba, citric but with Tabacco and leather that works well in the summer.

For romantic evening Jicky even though citrus is not the main player.

Soleil De Capri is a fairly long lasting citrus IMO.

Terre d'Hermes. Make sure you sample both the EdT and the Parfum, because they're more than just different concentrations. Each has its own character. I prefer the parfum.
In my swap list: Gucci Pour Homme (2003) BNIB.
I'm looking for Reflection Man or Andy Warhol (silver bottle w/Andy's face)

Yeah, it sounds like your looking for something from the Xerjoff line. I don't know if it's made for a multi millionaire, but it's pretty damn expensive for a citrus.

Mugler cologne is citrusy, clean and classic. I'd think a classy wealthy person as well as average joe would dig it.

Cravache works because of the top citric note & the bottom galbanum note.
