    Mancera Aoud Sandroses might work.

Same thought here. That's the one which came to mind, but current/recent formulation does get somewhat powdery at dry down (no personal experience with vintage Antaeus). Still may be worth a shot.

When I want to wear a fresh/citrus scent with a lot of silage my go-to fragrances are: Creed GIT, L'eau d'Issey, D&G Pour Homme, Azzaro Chrome, and Polo Blue.

Red Vetyver. No powder or sweetness...I feel like the pepper can be "cutting". Aventus can be shrill and Wall Street might work.

This sounds like a job for Nasomatto's Duro. There's not a hint of sweetness or powder there.
