Default Your winter 2014 purchase list

Seeing as many see winter as the best season for fragrances, which bottles are you looking to purchase for the up-and-coming colder months?

Most likely nothing except a few backup bottles of fragrances I love before IFRA destroys them; Rania J Oud Assam, Straight to Heaven, Armani Prive Oud Royal, something from MDCI (undecided) & Sacred Wood or Tam Dao.

Definitely another bottle of Dries van Noten (or two).

I'm also seriously thinking about a 250ml Bee of Vol de Nuit Extrait

Jeux de peau gourmand immortelle has been on my to buy list for a while, but I never got to it.

And Turin's 5 star for Korrigan also brings this forward (I am easily influenced...)

Bought a 60ml split of Tobacco Vanille and debating picking up Royal Oud. Waiting on some samples to roll in before I make more decisions.

I will definitely not get more than 1 (if any at all), but I'm considering Hermès L'Ambre des Merveilles and Jo Malone Dark Amber & Ginger Lily.

Since I'm still working on building up my collection and buying full bottles of samples I've tried:

    Dior Eau Sauvage Parfum
    24 Gold
    Dsquared Potion
    CdG Avignon

    Probably a bunch more.

Going to Abu Dhabi in November and looking forward to picking up a few bottles while I am there

I will likely be asking advice nearer the time as to what I should be looking out for, maybe some of the Montales that you can't get in Europe?

Not decided yet. My collection is growing too big and I just want to add very few full bottles at all till I reach 100 Fbs - and then only buy if I use up or give away a bottle. So, I must be very selective.
    Right now I'm thinking of

Idole de Lubin EdP (not that I have used up my decant, but this is full bottle worthy)
Straight to heaven (hm, maybe too masculine for me to wear)
Sideris or Exultat (have to try both again)
    ...?

Will look to buy any new releases in any of the lines I currently collect throughout the remaining months of 2014.

I've pretty much got the collection I was looking for. Complete with recently-acquired, reformulation hedge, backup bottles of Spiritueuse DV and Tonka Imperiale. I'm going to, god willing, resume experimenting with the Guerlain deserts of the east names, when the weather gets cooler, and that could lead to a bottle purchase. I probably need a Reflection Man backup and I'll likely get a bottle of Prentiss Bois d'Oud. If any back stock Amouage attar opportunities present themselves then I'll seize the day. If any opportunity to grab an Ajmal Dehn al Oud - without traveling to the Middle East, as Gaza was invaded today - arises then I'll open the wallet for that. I'm a little skeptical of what the Cartier ouds will be like but out of loyalty to my SA I may have to buy a bottle out of that new trio. I may ask for a bottle of Chergui as a gift. Other than that, I'm quite content.

Gosh, I thought I was keeping up with announcements, but I have little idea (apparently) of what all will be released in Winter 2014. Or maybe I'm not unaware of what's soon arriving, I just don't know the exact season.

Is there one site that's better than another ? Does any site keep a comprehensive list?

I have purchased three bottles this month that probably won't be worn until cooler weather, Fille en Aiguilles, Sand Aoud and Eau Lente (blind buy but it was a good deal so I took a chance). Look forward to discovering new ones though. The cycle continues

Hmm, well I've kind of been buying some fall/winter stuff now like Incense Pure and Fate Man (and hopefully Opus VI soon), but:

Opus VI by Amouage- I tried a sample of this way back in the winter time and it was an immediate love (which is relative rarity for me).
Winter Woods by SSS- Still have not even tried my sample, but I have a....feeling.
Any new Slumberhouse (or re-release of something I like ala Baque/Kere)
And I might have to save up for something really expensive like MAAI.
