Default Anyone sample Jimmy Choo for men?

I saw it on display at Bloomingdales but was in rush and couldn't give it a smell....it appears to be exclusive to Bloomies.

Tried it at Bloomies the other day. Very fruity and overly sweet. Didn't really care for it.

Received a sample today and didn't like it. It smells A LOT like Chanel Allure to my nose, which I also don't like.

I've had about four samples of it.
    Very sweet, and mainstream.

Tried it a couple of weeks ago. Completely unmemorable. Recall it being sweet, nothing more.

Tried it this weekend. It's not bad smelling as it's somewhat pleasant, but it's sweet and mainstream that comes off as weak. Pass.

Like water with some sugar thrown into it.

A complete waste of time and money.

Just tried this in store. Will probably appeal to fans of Invictus and Eros. 'Nuff said.

I've been sitting on a sample for about a month now and haven't even been tempted to try it. I'll give it a try this weekend.

I was very excited to try this one. People say it's a ripoff of Bleu, or Bleu without the vetiver. Since I don't like vetiver, I thought there was a chance that Jimmy Choo for men could be fantastic for me.

    NOPE.

I'm not a fan of Bleu, mostly because of the vetiver, but even though it doesn't appeal to me, I can tell it's good stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Jimmy Choo, on the other hand... not a chance. It just smells like filler to me. A little like Bleu, a little like L'homme, a little like this a little like that... but mostly, it just smells like filler to me.

A sales rep from Nordstrom swore that it was a chick magnet and one of the best releases this year.
Even if it is, it's not for me. The fruits mixed with leather smell off and it had poor longevity.
    Pass.

As mentioned, fruity, mainstream, nothing all that interesting. Might do well with younger guys who's not interested in having a collection...

Extremely bad, a huge disappointment. Smells as a 10x lighter opening of Bleu de Chanel. If I were looking for a Bleu clone, I would choose Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale or Zegna Uomo, but not this.

Smelled this yesterday. Smelled just like Invictus to me.

Very mainstream, but a nice scent.
As most Basenoters prefer something that is different to mainstream fragrances, this will not appeal to them.
I suspect though, that it will be a success for Jimmy Choo, due to the volume that they will sell.
