Default Boston or Greater Massachusetts Fragrance Shopping

    Hey,
Anyone know any good places for niche fragrances? Best I can find is the Neiman at the Pru, or natick if im close, and staff are so nice and good selections. There use to be that cool 'pharmacy' in harvard sq but I think it was going thru renovations? They also specaialize mostly in old classic scents.

I was hoping someone might know of a good ethnic market that might have essences or oils (oud please)

    Thanks 617!!

I'm thinking copley place/prudential too, btw Barney's, NM, and Saks. Actually, there's more niche at Barney's (malle, lutens, etc) than at NM or Saks. Between the three, I think there's good coverage. then you can find the Chanel exclusives in the Arlington st Chanel store.

I haven't been in Bos for a couple of years. Just did a quick search and it appears that the harvard sq old style store, Colonial drugs, has moved to another place:

I hope they still carry Knize Ten, probably the best thing they had.

Hermès is just at the far end of the Public Garden, on Boylston St.

    At Copley,
NM has Tom Ford, Francis Kurkdijan, some Creed, some Goutal
Barneys of course has a lot of niche as Cacio pointed out.

    At the Prudential,
Saks has Bond No. 9, By Killian, the Guerlain "L'Art et la Matière" fragrances, and they used to have Armani Privé, not sure if they still do.

Also, Louis Boston sells some pretty nice niche perfumes as well.
They moved from their newbury street location.
