In the past, I would have said $$$ Amouage Gold man, an enormous incensy floral oriental, but Amouage has been watering down its stuff, so the current status of this is unknown.
At the other extreme, the very fresh Paco Rabanne Metal, very green, which I think has been sadly discontinued, though it can be found easily on the internet.
Easy to find, Aramis 900 and Caron troisieme homme have prominent flowers, though I'd say are not primarily florals (being respectively a patchouli-resin and a musky fougere). And of course, the very cheap Anais Anais (original) is now a perfect clean masculine, though it's still marketed to women.
I like florals for men and I think more should be produced.
