Definitely a nice start! Seems like a good mix of niche and designer. Since you have TdH and Guerlain Vetiver, I might suggest Cartier Declaration - created by Jean-Claude Ellena, the nose behind TdH, and fairly similar. Bright, clean, translucent spicy vetiver. Or Voyage d'Hermes, another Ellena creation in the same general family of scents.

    Que scay-je?

Thank you everyone! Tuscan Leather was actually the first "real" fragrance I ever bought for myself, aside from Acqua di Gio in high school (I have since moved away from aquatics). I do in-fact prefer dark, smoky, heavy scents, but I also want a variety and some versatility in my wardrobe. I do want to add a Creed to the mix (thinking GIT) and the Kilian line has really impressed me as well. I will look into the other recommendations!

Back to Black would be the obvious recommendation from Killian, based on what you enjoy. It may be too similar to TV though, as they share very similar profiles.

Back to Black, if I recall correctly, seemed a bit too gourmand for me. The cocoa and general sweet-ness of the fragrance was a bit much. So far, I am impressed with Straight to Heaven and Musk Oud, but I want to sample more of their line.

B2B was too gourmand for me also, though the current formulation of TV is generally considered sweeter. I was a big fan of the old one.

If you liked these, but the gourmand elements were a bit much, I’d skip straight to the Phaedon. Honey rather than vanilla keeps the sweet richness without being cloying, and the thread of ginger that runs through it gives it a spiciness without leaning too sweet.

I whole heartedly agree. TV has been significantly watered down for the last several years. Tabac Rouge is a much better choice of the two.

Holy crap, I love this pic. I think I need shelving for my collection. There's not enough room in NY apartments. Do you ever lose bottles to breakage? Do they fall? I lost Beau du Jour that way and my floor still smells lovely.
