I’m only about 5 months into my fragrance collecting so my collection is still light, but I have some scents I love already. I plan on adding about 3-4 before years end and just keep going. Here is my modest collection so far

Amidst such refined company, the Pinaud REALLY looks like a bottle of hot sauce.

Thanks; as am I. The cabinet in the top pic is a reproduction, while the counter on the bottom is in my authentic 1933 bathroom. I actually had all this stuff crammed onto the bathroom counter, which is about twice as deep as what's visible in the pic, but I was going to have to move it all for the shelving installation anyway, so I figured I'd go ahead and move most of it now.

It looks like one in the kitchen next to an actual bottle of hot sauce. It's as much Tabasco as it is Tabarôme.

Thanks. The display is really just an ad hoc thing; I had a cabinet, I threw some bottles in, et voilà! It looks OK, considering—because, hey, it's a nice cabinet—but access to anything not in front is a pain. The plan is to put up a set of long shelves with front rails in the bathroom, so everything is visually and physically accessible, but it won't all fall off in a mild earthquake.

Crown is a line you really should try. Yes, most of it is unobtanium now, but the quality is about as high as anything I have, and I like to believe most of that isn't crap.

Yeah, thanks, my wife got me the plastic rack; I think I'll get another for samples and miniatures. As it is, I still have some mignons in the little wooden boxes.

I got into Abdes Salaam via BN—I think it was through stuff ClaireV wrote. Longevity is sometimes disappointing, but wow, are those fragrances good in every other way. I'm overdue to buy some FBs from Dominique Dubrana.

Beautiful photos and collections. Thanks for posting.

Here is a small Guerlain tray to welcome the new bee bottle. It consists of new and old. Clockwise from lower left: vintage Mitsouko extrait, Eau de Cologne Impériale, Shalimar edc and Eau du Coq; current Mon Guerlain edp, Jicky extrait and, in the middle, refillable bee bottle of Mon Guerlain edp.

    EA37B971-1B7C-43A7-A5D4-D845D5D6F2FD.jpg

The only problem with this arrangement is where to put frequent users by other houses. Either another tray is needed or deletions have to be made, probably the latter because there’s no room for another tray. But first an opportunity to contemplate these particular Guerlains together.
