Among others, in no particular order: from the same age with aforementioned Zino also adding Furyo and Fendi Uomo, while from a different age but in style fairly similar to several powerhouses and also a predecessor to some, Aramis for Men and from an age altogether different from all these, an oud scent from less familiar houses like Qurashi

thank you Ken and others. I want to read some reviews of the scents you suggested first, then will reply with a bit more knowledge under my belt. Thanks for taking the time to analyze my aura.

so far looked at the Furyo and Fendi. How sad, both dead and buried, maybe even cremated.

I loved what I read about Furyo and it's got me very interested. I guess the Furyo and Fendi vintages cost a fortune these days ?

Qurashi ? Any in particular, I have never heard of this house, but again seems very intriguing.

Aramis PH - 125ml coming in January, can't wait.

I love the sound of the Battaniye,Hyrax and Lakme, would be interested to purchase some.
Your review was evocative and captivating.
I imagine wearing these would put me in touch with the animal in me.
Could end up with me chewing through my cage and running amock in Nicaragua.
Why not? I need a change. Cheers.

What I love about this thread is that it gives you so many new ideas for new fragrances to check out, if you were ever in a slump!
I've compiled all of the suggestions into a list on my phone <3

I don't know if I'll be able to find any in my area to smell, but I still have the fragrance you picked for me in 2016 Mancera Indian Dream to check out!!

Do you have a specific year for Dior Addict? They change the note pyramid so often with Dior Addict! I've always been very intrigued.

You entire list speaks to me. I have a small sample of Au Coeur du Desert and I love it. Someone in this thread suggested Samsara to me in 2016, so now I HAVE to check it out And of course vintage Dior Poison is my first ever perfume (I was three when my mom gave me a used bottle, and I still have it).

Possibly both affordable oud oils by Qurashi, some of whom simply named blend with another description of their notes added and their mainstream EDT/EDP fragrances like for instance Black Incense or Safari Extreme

I did already say I liked books, but I also started reading Proust this summer so this is a very nice pick!

Histoires de Parfums was on my rader for about a year ago I think, and once or twice I almost pulled the trigger for a sample set or theirs. In the end it didn't happen, but maybe I have to look into it again. This is a great reminder!

I just looked, and I dont even see one vintage offering on ebay (dutch version) or Etsy. Would love to smell this one sometime though.

The house of Valentino doesn't appeal to me for some reason, but GFT Spanish Leather sounds really interesting! Sound like a nice comforting scent to put on in the evening when you just want to stay at home and read a book, or for cold Saturday mornings when you're going to a cafe/coffeehouse to read the papers and get a cappuccino. I see they have this one at one of the online stores I usually get my samples from, so going to include this one sometime in the future.

It's piney-green, woody, leathery, spicy, smoky, well blended that feels clean and invigorating. Great manly fragrance.
