    Default Dior Fahrenheit COLOGNE!

    Well, here we go again!

"Christian Dior will launch Fahrenheit Cologne, a new variation on 1988's Fahrenheit fragrance for men. Fahrenheit Cologne follows Eau Sauvage Cologne, released earlier this year.

The notes include fresh aquatic accord, bergamot, mandarin, lemon, nutmeg, cinnamon, violet, vetiver, cedar and patchouli.

Christian Dior Fahrenheit Cologne will be available in 50 ml."

Interesting though after the disappointment of Sauvage I hope they do not butcher the Fahrenheit name with a generic cash in offering.

    A) Any correlation to this announcement with Fahrenheit Day?

A). Never heard about the 'Day' flanker yet.

B). From the notes, it seems like the Cologne will be Aqua Fahrenheit + Fresh aquatics.

Will sample when available. With the aquatic accord note, this makes me think it will be similar to Aqua Fahrenheit.

    Hopefully it will be good!

I called the Dior section of a perfumery in Copenhagen, and she claims this will replace Aqua Fahrenheit.

They've been wrong countless times before, but I really hope she is wrong this time, as Aqua Fahrenheit is quite nice.

WOTT with so many flankers already, but I guess they'll keep on making them.

I'm always excited for a new Fahrenheit flanker. Hope it's not too similar to Aqua, since I already have it. I wonder if it will be like those old summer flankers? I never did smell those, so I have no idea what they were like.

I believe the (A) question was about the "Day" of wearing the Fahrenheit on 14th December 2015

Considering the flop that Parfum was (I would have loved a legitimately stronger version of Fahrenheit) and that Aqua is already out there, I dont have terribly high hopes for this
I can provide decants of anything I post about!

Fahrenheit has had its fair share or ups and downs among its flankers, some of whom actually quite good, so it might actually be worth testing this one (even though designers and even the occasional niche and/or designer exclusive aspect of the industry seem to play the "flanker card" a bit too often these these, rather than coming up with more original work)

Yeah, looks definitely like a fresher version of my beloved Aqua Fahrenheit with the basil and mint replaced by an aquatic accord and no leather in the base which will probably make it lighter and more fresh.

Sounds really good, will definitely be checking this one out. Very exciting!

The only thing that might trip it up is that aquatic accord. I hope it doesn't involve seaweed, algae or cucumber.

"Christian Dior Fahrenheit Cologne will be available in 50 ml."

    50 ml? That's it?

If this seems to be a fleeting frag, I might not buy it unless I find it really cheap or something. I'm not that interested in short lived frags.

Hope it wouldn't be a disaster as the citric Eau sauvage cologne. But Dior homme cologne is quiet nice. Let's see & smell !

I can't stand Aqua. I wanted to like it, but I find the whole thing kind of sickening. Something about the petroleum aquatic smell gives me a headache and makes me a little nauseous.

I bought it blind because I was sure I'd like it. But....no dice.

That note combination made me recoil but the mention of a cologne made me run and hide behind the sofa. When I peeped out to see if it was safe I noticed it only came in 50ml sizes and started
