    Default Perry Ellis Red

Saw this one the other day at Dillards, and tried it today at Macy's.

It's a new fragrance, not to be confused with the old "360 Red". This one comes in a bottle identical to the Cobalt and Citron bottles, with a (surprise, surprise) "red" glass middle exposing the juice.

It's actually pretty nice. One of the better Perry Ellis releases, IMHO. I like it better than Polo seems to be better blended, is a little more subtle, and smells like a "more mature" version of Polo Red. If Polo Red is a high school senior narrowing down his list of colleges to attend in the fall...Perry Ellis Red is the older brother that is in the process of graduating college.

    Has anybody else tried this?

    Top: juniper berries, citrus notes
Middle: red apple, Sichuan pepper, red leather and amber
Base: sage, oak moss and sandalwood

Haven't seen that one yet locally. Thanks for the info.

I buy fragrances that match my personality. I want to smell like I'm about to embark on an exciting adventure in parts unknown.

Thanks for the info. It sounds like it's worth a try. Not sure about smelling like sichuan pepper, but I am guessing it's not too noticeable.
