It's very discreet, compared to vintage Patou. But it shares the same scent profile, more or less. I've owned a bottle of the current version, and it's not worth owning to be honest. It's even more discreet, and short lived than the vintage I'm smelling now. Better off to track down the vintage, as it's really not much more expensive, at all.

All in all, I would advise anyone who is interested in tracking down vintage Patou PH to track down vintage (or in my case 2nd formulation) Ferre for Man as well. Such a quality fragrance, but a bit too discrete for my taste. This one is readily available for more than a decent price at the moment, so I would advise spraying liberally.
This makes me, and my wallet, happy to read. I may wear the original release GFF today.

What, then, is the color of my Chariot this night?

I will accept nothing less than Kale. A Chariot of Kale.

Or, maybe Kelp, if I felt pressed, or if Kale was already registered with the appropriate magistrates.

I've been slacking on posting vintage SsOTD. In an attempt to get back on track, today it is:

    Bel Ami - Hermès (shaker)

Since I last posted on Moods Uomo 9/1:

    Vetiver - Etro (EdC)
    Sandalo - Etro (EdC) x2
Palais Jamais - Etro (gold cap EdT)
Chanel Pour Monsieur (95ml Spray Cologne)
    Jazz Prestige - YSL
    Kouros Fraîcheur - YSL
    Yohji Homme - Yohji Yamamoto
    Ho Hang - Balenciaga (honeycomb)
    Bel Ami - Hermès (shaker)
Ambre Sultan - Serge Lutens (a 1999 bottle)
    Antaeus - Chanel (late 80's)
Parfum d'Habit - Maître Parfumeur et Gantier (1st version/90ml argyle)

    Semi-vintage/disco'd:

    Rochas Lui
    Jil Sander Man Absolute

I think that about covers it.

Easy tiger. You can't just walk in here throwing masterpieces around without first giving us some time to gather ourselves. Lol!

But you have influenced me. I'll wear vintage Bel Ami tonight.

Looking back over your list of recent wears and it's clear someone could have just those and consider themselves to have an outstanding collection.
