Agree with you about Furyo . Unfortunately ,I haven't got the chance to try Or Black, in any formulation.

I honestly like the 2014 Or Black just as much as the original...and it's like $45 USD. Slightly different but just as nice. It's a totally unique scent, I have a really hard time comparing it to anything else. It's sort of in the same vein as Salvador Dali pour Homme but different...it's much smoother and no narcotic patchouli. Or Black is still a "dark", herbal (ish) fragrance, but so unique IMO.

Going vintage Tiffany today. Can't get over the incredible sandalwood note. It's like I fall in love again every time I smell it.

Tiffany for Men has moved to the top of my sampling list.

Today I'm wearing Fahrenheit from a 1996 bottle, and I cannot say enough good things about it.

Congrats for the splendid choices so far, including but not limited to: Furyo, Polo, Captain Molyneux, Marbert Gentleman, G-Man, Grey Flannel, Spazio Krizia, GFF- a genuine powerhouse treat and also a great lesson about fragrance history.

Decided to go vintage as well this evening and ultimately settled for the SOTD: vintage Jovan Gambler (from a sample)

Me too! I can't seem to get enough of it lately. Is it just me (and the threads I've been frequenting) or is Furyo sort of experiencing a mild resurgence on Basenotes? It's by far one of the more unique vintages, but to me it seems like it's been discussed a good deal recently.

Anyone else noticing this? Like it said, maybe it's just me seeking out "Furyo talk" due to my own renewed interest, but in the 8 years or so I've lurked Basenotes (only recently joined) I don't remember seeing it come up so often.

Easter Sunday I wore first formula Egoiste to church and piled on another two sprays after lunch. From a vintage splash bottle transferred to a small sprayer this morning, I used at least a ml today ha

Amouage Gold Man in the old khanjar bottle.

I was reading the tag in the box, the cap and bottle trimmings are plated in 24 carat gold.
