As spotted, it seems to be a Microsoft thing, so I've asked my hosts to look into this

Just to let everyone know, I received an email today 8/2 triggered by a private message. I assume it was something that got fixed over the weekend downtime, but at any rate the hotmail/outlook problems appears to be fixed for me. Thanks RP and Grant!

WOW! Looks like the site hosts have done the right thing and gotten the site properly authenticated. I'll check Gmail and see if it's validating BN emails.....

Well, Gmail is still saying "not authenticated", so they probably took the cheap way out and simply complained to Microsoft. But that's good enough for now!!!

Notifications still aren't arriving to Outlook mail. With a little interest from Basenotes staff, maybe we can solve this.
I asked on Outlook forum if there is a way to whitelist domains so the emails don't get rejected by Outlook servers and was provided with this form:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...53882713130041

Is there an administrator who can fill this form so they can whitelist emails from basenotes?

I always get private message notifications, but never on subscribed threads.

I've just received a topic subscription notification after months! It seems to be working. Thanks!
